They arrived exactly at the time planned and performed their work quickly and efficiently. The film used has a lifetime warranty provided by 3-M Corp, so I feel this warrants the cost. Very nice job.

I purchased this window tint in July, 2016 to mitigate for heat transfer as my home is north facing (southern exposure in the rear of the house where there are many windows). I was assured that the tint would reduce the heat significantly which would, in turn, reduce my energy costs. Unfortunately, the tint did little to nothing to reduce heat from coming through the window. For those who would say the windows are the problem (poor design/product, etc.) I will offer objective proof in the form of a laser/infrared thermometer where readings were nearly 115 degrees in the morning and 130 degrees at noon! Certainly, the heat radiates out from said windows causing temps nearly 5 degrees higher than the rest of the house! That, coupled with a $300 electric bill, have me in negotiations with the company which sold and installed the product. I will update at a later date with the resolution. I paid $2080 for the work. Wish me luck...

Within a day after purchasing a rebate through Angie's List, i was contacted to make an appointment. Their hours were very accommodating. They would even call the day before to remind me of my appointment. Once I got there, I was given the options of what tint I would like to put on the car, and the benefits of each. They gave me the option to have all my windows the same tint shade, which other places i've been to in the past didn't mention it to me and it did not look right after it was done. Once the service was done, the car windows looked great and got better over time.

I was interested in having my car windows tinted with 3M Crystalline because of the high level of heat rejection. While the price appeared high, it was actually lower than what I had seen other people mention in online reviews. The woman running the front office was knowledgeable and polite. She verified that the details of my order and also made some helpful suggestions. I left my car with her while they did the work. Unfortunately I was caught in traffic when I was returning and ended up arriving 20 minutes after the shop had closed, but they waited for me. The work was was well done and I am completely satisfied with the results.

It looks great. High quality film. No issues (bubbles or peeling). Will definitely use their services again in the future.

A J arrived on time and was very methodical in his work. He arrived at 9am and left at 6:00pm without a break the first day. The job was completed on Sunday. He was very clean in his work too. (No mess).

Orlando Window Tint is very professional. I emailed them on a Sunday so I can get some information about the different tint options. They called me the next day and I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the person who contacted me so we setup an appointment for the next weekend. I felt very comfortable with them and even more comfortable when I dropped off my car for the service. I received a courtesy reminder about my appointment the day prior to the service. My appointment was set for either 8 or 9 am (can't remember) and my car was ready by noon. Great service! I do a lot of driving and they highly recommended the 6" strip in the front. I'm glad I followed their advice because it does make a big difference. Its been a month since the work has been done and I don't see any problems at all. I don't expect any problems either because they did a very good job. They have a nice clean area to work on your car which is why I went with them instead of a mobile tint service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tinting and will be seeing them again in about 7 or 8 years with my next car. **Please note for the approximate cost of service (if it shows up in the review) that I did choose an upgraded tint. They do have cheaper tints available**

Orlando Window Tint Specialists is a very professional organization. They have been around for 16 years. They do exactly what they say they are going to do.

The estimator came out and measured for everything and placed the order. When the installer came out he let me know my windows were already tinted nicely and that I did not need to add any additional tinting to them. They were very nice to deal with and gave me a full refund. I would use them for future service.

Everything went well up until the end of the roll had a crease from the way it was rolled at Orlando Tint The installer said may still work but he couldn't guarantee Orlando Tint Specialists defective tint, unfortunately, it came undone and looks horrible When I informed Orlando Tint Spec. their tone was at a level I am not accustomed to when buying a high end tint of this caliber, or .anything else for that matter. Had me ask the installer questions that infuriated him until I showed him the text had came from OTS. They offered me a "deep" discount to re purchase another piece of tint for my windshield, of course the price was higher than their local competitors everyday price. Make of it what you will, every word is true, so help me....

We were able to get the tinting done same day. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The job was done quickly and professionally and for an excellent price. There was nothing negative about the experience and we wouldn't hesitate to return. We left there very happy.

My pre-appointment phone call with Becky was awesome. I knew nothing about tint and asked a bunch of questions and even comparisons to competitors products. She was very knowledgeable and liked that I was comparing. Today, I showed up at my appointment and was happily greeted by George. He asked if I knew what type of tink I needed, and I did not. He patiently explained all the features, pros/cons and price. I settled on the basic "Florida Legal" darkness and he bagan. The shop is small and nothing to do in the waiting area, so I left on foot to return in about 90 minutes. When I returned, he was backing out of the garage and was done. The car looks great, he explained the drying period, do's and don'ts and we were done. He applied my 10% Angie's List Coupon and gave me a free gift. I highly recommend Orlando Window Tint Specialists.

We had them do 3 yard signs, 3 sets of magnetic vehicle signs, and a few sets of vinyl lettering for the doors of our moving trucks. They did a great job, and even delivered them to our office. We will definitely use them again. Thanks again guys.

The company was prompt. The installer's work was organized and neat. The window film was cut on site after the installer measured each window. The work took about 4 hours to complete 9 windows. I chose the 3M Affinity 15 product because the 2 most important things to me was heat resistance and price. This product does have a reflective look on the outside but I think it looks very nice on my home. It also adds another layer of privacy during the day that I like but you need to remember at night you will be able to see inside.

We needed to get our windows tinted in our condo, so I contacted Orlando Window Tint. The receptionist who answered the phone call was very professional and asked me all the relevant questions about what I wanted done. She set up an appointment with Sean to give us an estimate. He arrived promptly and was most patient with all our questions. He was extremely professional and very courteous. (Although their policy was to offer a 10% discount to members of Angie's List, we mentioned that we were informed of a 15% discount for the first 50 s.f. of tinting, they readily gave the higher discount. No arguments.) On the day of the tinting, George arrived at the scheduled time. He was very efficient at his job. He did a great job of helping us with removing our window treatments, which should have been our responsibility, but were too heavy for me to remove. He always had a smile on his face and was extremely courteous. Every member of this company that we dealt with was polite and knowledgeable about their work. We would highly recommend this company, and as a matter of fact, have already recommended this company for window tinting to our friends.

I had the pleasure of having my cars windows tinted by this company. They were very pleasant to meet and are very customer centric. I was walked through all my options and explained in detail the differences in each product offering. I decided to wait in their waiting area. The staff was very nice to deal with and checked in with me periodically. Will do business with the again with my other vehicles.

I called the service provider at 11:40 a.m. on a Saturday and was worried they wouldn't be open or able to take me since some other shops were closing at noon. The owner said he was able to take me immediately! I was at his shop (after getting lost only once!) within 40 minutes. He explained my options for the film he had available and after making my selection, two workers took my car and the work was complete within an hour. During my wait I was offered coffee, complimentary snacks and watched TV on a comfortable leather couch. The experience could not have been better. I would return to this provider and recommend them to anyone who needs tint work completed on their vehicle.

This was my first experience with having windows tinted. Matt Fisher was extremely patient on two separate telephone calls where he explained the process/materials, made suggestions and addressed my questions and concerns. At Matt's suggestion, I went to their office, where Becky showed me the different types of tinting available for my car, reiterated some of the information that Matt had provided and explained pricing. After some more shopping, I concluded on using Orlando Window Tint Specialists primarily based on the level of comfort I felt after talking to Matt and Becky (Angie's List reviews were also a factor). I made an appointment for 8:30 in the morning. The technician was ready to go as soon as I arrived and the process was done in a timely manner. It looked great upon first sight and 10 days later I am still very pleased with the result. The cost was very reasonable. I feel that I made the right decision on the product (3M crystalline) and will definitely use and recommend Orlando Window Tint Specialists going forward.

Very impressed with this company. Called that morning and had an appointment for that afternoon. Very professional and explained the different types of tint for my windows. They even had heat lamps that allowed you to feel how much heat is blocked with each different tint. Will definitely be going back to have my other cars done.
