Description of Work: Professional, prompt, courteous, efficient. That describes both the owner of the franchise, who responded to my initial call and came out to give the estimate, the team who provides my services, and the office staff who keep me informed of scheduling. Not only do they work the whole time they say they will, they let me know if what I need will take extra time, and give me the option of adding it, or not, to my regularly scheduled work. Highly recommend!

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY PERFORM HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY DID BREAK ONE THING BEFORE, BUT THEY LEFT A NOTE SAYING THEY WERE SORRY.
Description of Work: WE HAVE 1900 SQUARE FEET OF HOUSE, AND THEY CHARGE $80 DOLLARS. OUR HOUSE ISN'T THE EASIEST TO CLEAN, AND THEY DO GOOD.

+ -1 moreWe interviewed several house cleaning companies and checked their references. One company stood out (The Royal Maid Service). The job they did made the house look terrific. We would recommend them very highly!
Description of Work: Having a very clean house for a retirement party was a must. We needed to have every corner of the house shining. We needed to utilize professionals to make this happen (on our floors, carpet, tile, blinds, windows, porch, fans, furniture, and kitchen cabinets). The Royal Maid Service was outstanding!

+ -1 moreThey fit me into the schedule on a Friday on two to three days notice, which impressed me. The ladies were nice people and cheerful. They took pride in a good job and would not leave until I was satisfied with everything. A full days hard work for me was done in about two hours. It was worth every penny!
Description of Work: They did general cleaning to prepare the house for a party. They thorougly scrubbed bathrooms, wet mopped and dusted all rooms. Area rugs were vacuumed, they changed bedlinens and gathered up the kids' clutter.
