TD Air & Heat

Not good this Andre guy puts in lousy systems then he ghosts you when you try to call him. Said I would save all this money and then the lousy Lennox ac he put in dies not cool when it’s hot outside.

Not good Andre put in a system that does not cool and has ghost me tried to call and left messages. He told me I would save all this money but my electric bill has gone up. Beware

So grateful to Andre and Gus for their hard work in installing my new a/c system. My compressor was irreparably damaged as a result of power surges from Hurricane Irma. Andre and Gus came out immediately following hurricane to diagnose, but unfortunately due to high demand following storm, could not install until the following week. The system was installed in 9 hours on a very hot day ... part of which was in my attic. They did an excellent job and my new system is working great. So pleased with the unit that was recommended... My house is so much cooler with significantly less humidity. Also so grateful to Andre for providing all documentation needed for insurance claim. Highly recommend this company.

He was able to diagnose it as the fan motor. He also figured out the other problem I was having with my thermostat. I called Gus on a Monday night and he was out there the very next day. He answered all my questions and provided great service at a great price. I would definitely recommend his service to others.

After having another repair done, my system began shutting down again. I called an electrician to come see the unit who said that the condenser fan was faulty blaming the AC system. I asked TD Air to come out to fix the fan. They were confused why they hadn't caught the issue on a previous servicing visit and were so invested in my experience that they both came out and ran every diagnostic *in the rain* to identify the problem. After 3 hours, they hypothesized that the electrician had misdiagnosed and that it was likely a blown circuit breaker. The circuit breaker looked fine but had continued to trip. They explained that sometimes breakers that are really old look fine but are actually faulty on the inside (and my home is old). They explained what I should specifically instruct the electrician to do, I did it myself, and they were EXACTLY right. Andre and Gus were not only experts at figuring out the real problem, but have been great on price and identified the real issue (which didn't even have anything to do with AC!). I will keep using TD Air and Heat and frankly, with their kind demeanor and intense focus, I'm surprised they haven't gotten more usage and reviews on Angieslist. Highly recommend...especially with their fast turnaround of scheduling-to-visit time of under a day before the hurricane (everyone else told me 1 week to get out to my house).

Showed up on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Only 1 day turnaround time from my call (which was even on labor day). Found the issue and fixed it first thing the following morning. Added 2 pounds of freon and replaced the capacitor which had blown. Also, tried to help me solve on my own on Labor Day with some tips which was really appreciated in case he was able to solve the problem via phone and save me the trip. They were out the next day at 8:30 and great communication. Also honored the Angies List coupon of 10%. Great experience and nice people.

TD Air & Heat booked me an appointment for the next day. Ander and Gus arrived on time, preformed the work in a reasonable time and the price was fair. I like it when the owner of the Co. is there at the job site. I will called TD Air & Heat again without hesitation for my A/C needs.

TD Air & Heat responded immediately to my emergency call as a result of an overflowing drip pain in my attic which was leaking into my ceiling. Andre worked approximately 3 hours to clear the stubborn clog and subsequently install a safety float switch to prevent any overflow and resulting leak damage in the future. The majority of the work was done in extreme temps in my attic. I am so grateful for the immediate response I received ... mitigating water damage to my ceiling and lessening the down time of my a/c unit on a very hot summer day.

Gus was great! I originally called to have my old system recharged because it started blowing hot air. I called in the morning and Gus was at my house the same afternoon. I wanted a quote for a new system and he provided me with one at the same visit. I was just so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism that I decided right then and there to schedule to have the new system installed. About a week or so later they came to install the new system. He was on time on a Saturday morning. They did a great job with the removal and clean up of the inside unit and installation of the new one. After installation, he showed us how to keep our unit running cleanly. I highly recommend them! It's nice to have fresh cold a/c blowing especially with these upcoming hot summer months!!!

It went great! Gus and the team were quick, clean and organized. We open at 11:00am so they had a tight window to work with but they delivered, on time and cooling before the rush!

TD Air is always on time. They are fair and honest. They do good work and are super clean. I have recommended them to other family and Friends.

It was wonderful. They techs came out previously twice to fix it. Not fixable. Scheduled the install for the next day. They showed up on time, finished in approximately 8 hours. It has been working great since. They are wonderful to work with as they bent over backwards to help us.
