Spot On Carpet & Tile Cleaning

The service turned out fine. They stayed in the big deal price of $139. The results of their work met my expectations, they were on time, so there weren't any delays, and they were professional and friendly. The cost was reasonable.

The gentleman that did the cleaning was fast efficient and did a great job.

Mike was exactly on time as scheduled. He assisted in removal of heavy furniture and completed the job within the predicted timing. The entire job was efficiently handled from the scheduling through completion. Very pleased with the entire experience.

He contacted me quickly; he scheduled the work quickly and he completed it quickly. My carpets look better than when I first moved in!

His machine left a residue on the tile, so he came back on Xmas eve and re-cleaned the tiles and did a great job.

They did a good job for me. In fact, I sent them to my son’s home to do his carpet as well.

He cleaned the tiles and grouts and he said he ran a wheel over the grouts to seal them. He said after the sealing, the spills would not be absorbed by the grouts and it will be very easy to clean the grouts. But, I do not see any difference at all. More over,the machine he used for cleaning, scurbbed of paint on the wall surfact that is close to the floor in the bath room. Not only that the shiny wooden sink table in the bathroom, his machien made lots of scratches on that too. Which i did not notice before he left. Or, i would have asked him to take care of the repainting. Later i found out that, if the grouts are searld properly, when the water/liquid spill on them, it should not turn dark, after you wipe them. Either way, i did not notice any difference at all after he seared in terms of look/maintenance. In summary, i paid $130 to seal the tiles, thinking it would make my clenaing/maintenance easier. but, no difrference and waste of money.

The previous vendor we used did it by hand and spot cleaned some chips as well. This vendor did not do that. Some of the corners were left with puddles of water.

A very pleasant young man who arrived promptly. Did a good job cleaning tile I didn't realize was so dingy, looks like new. Rug cleaning was also done well, he also spot cleaned a small carpet area for no extra charge. I would certainly use him again.

Mike arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. He cleaned the carpets in 2 bedrooms in no time at all. I have used Spot On before for carpet cleaning and for cleaning my tile floors. He is very professional and does a great job. I've used other companies before, but this is the only carpet cleaning company I would recommend.

It was fabulous. They did an excellent job. I asked for some additional work which they were happy to provide. Michael was extremely professional. He worked very hard. He was done more quickly than I expected and it just looks wonderful. He really did a good job and he cleaned the shower stall for me.

Excellent. I have white tile with white grout and it was black with dirt over the years and Mike scrubbed and cleaned and now looks wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend him and will definitely use his services again.

Showed up on time - did the job and was out -- cleaned up after and was very nice - - - I will use them again. They removed some pet stains I thought would never come up.

Mike promptly emailed me back when I initially asked him a question. After the email, I called him to schedule an appointment. He could have come the next day, but due to my schedule I made it for Friday at 9am. Mike was here a few minutes before 9am on Friday and walked with me through the house so I could show him the rooms to be cleaned. He got started right away and did a good job. There were a couple small stains in my daughter's room (that I didn't know about - probably makeup) that didn't come out, but he let me know about them. Mike is a very pleasant and professional business man. I would recommend him to family/frends and will use him again.

The owner performed the service and I would rate as exceptional.. He showed up on time and completed the job within an acceptable amount of time to dry before carpet installers arrived.

Michael reminds you of a friend who is very kind and warm in spirit. I appreciate the fact that I had extra footage of tile and he gave me a discount on the difference. Michael loves to give the customer every benefit and seems to love doing it. Not to mention he did an excellent job! Thank you Michael; I will be calling you for carpet cleaning in the near future!
