Spot On Carpet & Tile Cleaning

I was disappointed that some paint I'd spilled would not come out of the grout, but realistically I probably should not have been. The tile is over 10 years old, so it doesn't look spectacular. But it is much cleaner than it was, which I'm enjoying. Mike was very pleasant, got to work right away, did the job and left. When Mike came back to clean the carpet, I had warned him that I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and had company coming. He . moved the frig and stove back into the kitchen for me, along with boxes galore. He could not have been more helpful or obliging. He did a very nice job cleaning the carpet, installed a fan for me, and basically was a saint. He's definitely someone you want around when you're in a pinch and need a can-do, hard working, competent guy. I can't praise Mike or thank him enough for his kindness to me. Did I mention he's a saint?

Really nice guy. I would definitely us them again. Moved into a new house and My carpet was filthy dirty nasty 4 room and a stair case. I almost replaced them. After the cleaning I was so glad I didnt. Carpet looked brand new. Thank you.

I recently acquired a microfiber couch and love seat that had been sitting in storage for a while and needed to be cleaned. Mike showed up on time, an gave them both a thorough cleaning. He was very professional, moved what he needed to do and did a great job cleaning both the front and back of the furniture. Everything was cleaned up and put back in its place to dry. I am very happy with the outcome. The furniture looks almost brand new. Great job. I would absolutely use him again. I found him initially on Groupon but received a better price going direct.

It went great. Mike really did a wonderful job cleaning the light colored grout which haven't looked that good for quite some time. If we need tiles cleaned, we certainly will recommend Mike at Spot On.

Mike was about forty minutes early, but when I said I needed more time to finish moving things out of the rooms, he was completely fine with that. The carpets looked fantastic once he was done. I highly recommend him and I would use him again.

Extremely impressed with this service provider on all counts - prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional etc. Quickly cleaned filthy, 15+ year-old (formerly) white tile grout, remarkably returning it to its original condition. Can't wait to see what miracles he can work with my carpet!

We moved all of the furniture for the cleaner. It looked very pretty when he was finished. He got through fairly quickly. He said it would be dry by that night, but it took 3 days to dry, but that was ok. Within about a week the spots came back, but I think that is just the nature of carpet cleaning.

Wow!! I was a little nervous and wasn't sure how things would go. It's been a long time since the carpets have been professionally cleaned. Mike was prompt, professional, and expedient. My carpets looked great in no time. I should have done this well before now. I'm so impressed I'm having him come back to clean the tiled areas. Mike was a true professional right from the point of contact. He called me the day prior to our scheduled service and informed me he had an opening at an earlier time, would I like it. I said absolutely and he arrived right on time at 9am. I asked him to do more than what I originally paid and scheduled him for and he was very fair price wise with the additional services I requested. He did an amazing job. The carpets are nearly 9 years old and have only been steam cleaned 2 previous times, by my husband and myself. (Not professional grade standards.) Mike made them looking like new. Mike was easy to get a hold of on the phone to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time and he with his new cleaning equipment did an amazing job cleaning my "very dirty" carpets. He made the carpets look like new. I was privileged to have used Spot On last July to clean my sunroom and at that time we talked about doing my tile and grout cleaning. I wasn't ready then, but I am ready now. We scheduled an appointment for him to com Wednesday to clean the tile and grout (approx 200 sq ft). I will make a follow-up review after this task is completed. Mike is very professional, organized and shows great flexibility to assure all our needs are met. I highly recommend Spot On.

Mike is excellent! He called the day prior, to remind of appt schedule, arrived on time for day of service, listened to updated special requests, since last visit for same carpet cleaning purpose, and completed the work in a timely manner, (1 hour). In review of carpet today, it looks marvelous. All problem areas were addressed in a satisfactory manner. He is always friendly and professional. Always provides good service. Price was in my comfort zone. Definitely will call for further carpet service needs. Use of new, truck mounted ProChem cleaning unit, seemed to aid in function of task and completed project results.

It turned out okay. He came on time. He didn't solve the problem but he did what he was supposed to do. He cleaned about 30 ft. by 20 ft. It was good.

They came out about a week after purchasing the deal. They were good, but we did have a little issue with the drying technique. It left a white residue that we ended up having to wipe off. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.
