Beautiful results. I use a residential steamer on my flooring weekly. Nothing beats having them clean it professionally every few months. I have used this company twice and will continue to hire them.

The owner, Mike, emailed with me to confirm an appointment and was able to get an appointment for the next day! He arrived when promised and got right to work. The whole cleaning took about an hour. He was able to get out some stains I didn't think would come out. My rooms look and smell amazing, almost brand new. Mike is a detailed professional and I'll be hiring him again when I'm ready to have my tile cleaned!! I highly recommend Mike and Spot On Carpet & Tile Cleaning!!!

Great job. carpet was not too wet. There were a lot of stains, and he got most of them out. Very polite, professional, punctual. Called prior to service. Cleaned dining room, living room, large master bedroom and hallway. Paid additional $10 to do one additional room. Using him again for son's apartment.

He did a good job, I was happy with him. The price was good also, I did not shop a lot. He was good on response. He did not arrive on time, but he called me up and let me know that he was going to be late. He was excellent, very professional. He cleaned the carpet for me in a two-story home. He did a good job, he got the carpet pretty clean and I was happy with it. He cleaned it better than expected.

Called Spot On Carpet Cleaning one afternoon and the owner came promptly the next morning. I wasn't expecting miracles but I'd say he worked quite a few. We may hold off on ripping up the carpet now! I'd recommend Spot On to anyone!

It was excellent! Mike arrived promptly even though it was short notice, and he was friendly and courteous. Our carpets looks great. We are very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

I will definitely use Mike again after the excellent job he did with cleaning my carpets. My carpets have been through four dogs! I reached out to Mike via an email and he called me back right away. I explained what I needed done and that I needed it done rather quickly. My carpets were very dirty but Mike was able to make them look almost new. Spots were gone and carpet looked great plus the whole house smelled better. With the excellent results I will definitely have Mike back out to do some tile/grout cleaning soon!

It was okay. They did it very quickly, it was probably the quickest job, but I could have gotten it cheaper through their regular business so I wasn't happy about that. It didn't cost more than the Big Deal. I actually had them clean a little bit more so the 4 rooms would have been $99.

Most of the grout in-between the ceramic floor tiles were cleaned but some of it still remained stained. I was warned that some of it would not come out before he got started but he did indicate that sometimes it does get lighter. It didn't get lighter by the way. However after examining some of the areas after it was completely dry, some corners does not appear to be touched at all. The grout was completely black. Overall i think it was an ok good job but service provider did not really pay attention to detail because if he did all the corners should had been addressed. I guess I expected better from service provider with such good reviews or maybe it was just my luck.

Mike showed up on time and was very respectful of my home. He was friendly and first did a walk through so we could discuss problem areas. I was especially appreciative that he worked me in early in the week when I needed him this most! If there was an A+ I would give him that!!

It was very well done. Rugs were clean and deodorized. I would use them again.

Mike, the owner, did an amazing job cleaning all the tile floors in my home. He was very hard working, professional, and everything went perfectly. I will definitely have him come back again.

Spot On showed up on time, cleaned and sealed the route lines in my kitchen and living room floor tiles. The difference was amazing. The grout looks new again. Well worth the money. I will definitely have this work done by them again for the rest of my floor tiles.

That was not a good experience because he messed up our rug. He put his equipment that he was cleaning the tile with on our bedroom rug and it left a big long stain that we can't get out, it bleached it or something, so it was awful. It was a special deal. We have been happy with anything else we have got through you. The condo we own our daughter rents it from us. He did her carpet and her tile and everything and it was fine. So that's why we had him come to our house. He apologized for it, he said he didn't know how that happened but he had his big machine sitting on the carpet and he was cleaning the tiles in the bathroom. It was in our master side, end of the house.

He arrived on schedule ans set up his steam cleaner. I purchased a special of 4 rooms cleaned for $99. . I asked him to do an area carpet also. He did this for $25, which was reasonable. When he was finished, the carpets looked like new.

The owner, Mike, called the night before to reconfirm the service, showed up a few minutes early, and did a spectacular job. He removed stains I thought I would be living with until I replaced the carpet. I was very, very impressed with his professionalism and his detail to his work.
