We could not be happier with the service Mike provided. He was on time and very professional. His prices were much better than some of the "bigger" name companies and his service was well above the service they have provided us in the past. Don't be fooled by these companies who charge just to take their equipment off of the truck! If you want quality work at a more than fair price, Spot On is who you need to call!!

The appointment was scheduled promptly and Mike arrived on time. The grout was cleaned thoroughly and got brighter over the next couple days as it dried more. The work was professional and went pretty quickly. I had used this company before for carpet cleaning and knew I would be pleased with their work on the grout.

Carpet cleaning was on time and very professional, Mike moved furniture as needed and worked very h****** our main problem which was numerous stains in the carpet from past tenants and a poor painter. Unfortunately, despite his best efforts the stains could not be removed. Probably not his fault as the stains had been in place for over a year and many were paint stains from a horrible non-angies list painter. So we gave him an "A" for effort. The carpets were dry by the next morning and the areas without the stains look great....

I move all the furniture the night before. Mike told me the drying would take 4 hours so we sent the 3 and 6 year old off to Nana. the rugs look great!

The service was scheduled within a few days after contacting Angie's List for the deal. On the day of service, Mike, the owner, showed up a few minutes early and went to work promptly. The loveseat was very dirty and Mike did a great job getting it clean. The sofa was cleaned as a bonus but our main concern had been the loveseat. The service was very professional, including Mike's appearance, attitude, and effort expended. I feel the work performed was excellent and well worth the expense involved. When such service is required again you can bet that we will call, "Spot On Carpet and Tile Cleaning".

Did A shity job, and Charge to Much

It was painless. The owner was very nice and explained in detail his process before beginning. The floor looked fantastic after it completely dried. The owner was punctual and kept me informed of everything.

Mike was on time, actually even 5 minutes early. He was very reachable to schedule the cleaning and answered all of my questions. He looked over the areas carefully that I pointed out and made the carpet look considerably better, especially the high traffic areas. My entire house looks so much better.

They were great. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very courteous. I had a couple of places where there were spots and I explained to them that I have a cat that throws hairballs and they suggested that what I've been using to spot clean was not the right thing and recommended that I just use plain white vinegar. I thought that was kind of extraordinary because obviously they make their money by people who have spots on their carpets but they were giving me a tip about how to manage it which I thought was great. They were very thorough and very polite. The carpet looks great. It took a little longer to dry them as I had expected which I guess just speaks to the fact that they did a really deep cleaning.

I am extremely happy with the work done by Spot On Carpet & Tire Cleaning. First, i was contacted within a few minutes of purchasing the special offer advertised. They followed up with me to schedule the service, which I really appreciated because I am always so busy every day. They confirmed the date/time by email, and arrived exactly at the time we agreed upon. Mike worked diligently and timely, finished in the time he projected. He was very careful to protect my wood floors in the house. He cleaned up very well after and was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I will definitely refer them out to my friends and neighbors and I will definitely call them back to maintain.

He did a good job. I was pleased with it. My carpet was old, he did pretty well as well to be expected. He did have pain issues but he came back, take the time to try to solve, but wasn't able to solve them. He was very responsive.

I had about 250 sq feet of tile that needed to be cleaned. The process took less than 1.5 hours and he made sure I was happy with the work.

He arrived promptly, moved all that was necessary to complete the job, and completed cleaning the carpeting through the whole house in 1 hour! He was very considerate of the carpet, placing protective plastic under any furniture base that required protection from the wet carpet, and brought a professional dryer with him to execute the drying process, as quickly as possible. Everything went well and I felt the service was a fair value for the money. This was performed at an income property and my potential applicants have been pleased with the floors.

We have a large white area rug that requires cleaning every 6 months and have tried all the major carpet cleaners. Mike's results were better than all of them, and as an owner/operator he really cares about each job. We also got a great deal!
