SPAS ETC OF ORLANDO

Great experience with this company (right off 17-92, north of Orlando), from start to finish. We did a lot of research on hot tubs, and the Hot Springs brand stands out for quality--including water quality, so you are not inhaling chemicals when you are supposed to be relaxing. Spas Etc is the best place to get a Hot Springs spa. You can "wet-test' many different models, with no pressure at all. Spas Etc has been around a long time and is family-run; they know the easiest, no-hassle secrets of spa maintenance. Stacy (daughter of the owner) was the person who helped us buy our hot tub, and she was very sweet and helpful and very, very patient (we are slow deciders!). The prices were excellent, too. Finally, the installation crew was completely professional -- they arrived precisely when scheduled, carefully set the tub and filled it, explained and demonstrated how to do things (very simple, really), and gave me a cheat sheet for the few things I need to remember. Yea! Go for it, get yourself a hot tub at Spas Etc!

We are extremely pleased with the entire transaction. Stacy was great in explaining our options and the differences in each model. The installers showed on time and got everything installed perfectly. The installer was very patient explaining all spa controls and how to properly maintain it. Overall this could not have been better.

We stopped into Spas Etc and were greeted by Stacy. She was personable, very knowledgible, and patient with all of our questioins. We had done our research and visited other companies so we were loaded with information from the other vendors. She explained how the systems worked, what made the Hot Springs spa unique and simple to maintain. She invited us to return and test the model we selected. We also met with Dan-the installer. My husband explained the fact that we working on getting a building permit for the spa installation. He explained the requirements for electricity and provide a wiring diagram as we had already hired an electrician. When we returned for the spa test, Dan was there. After entering the spa we had selected it was obvious that this was not the wonderful experience we had planned, so he suggested we try a different spa. SUCCESS. My eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. He once again reviewed the progress for the permit. In the process he outlined several things that would be necessary to pass the inspection. Delivery was scheduled for 2/5/2013. As an after thought, we stopped by to talk to Stacy about a hand rail for safety purposes. The hand rail was ordered with a rush to arrive in time for the installation as it had to be in place before the spa was filled with water. Dan arrived on time. His installation help waited at the store for the hand rail to come in and arrived as soon as he could. Their teamwork was exceptional. When the electrician arrived, decisions had to be made about how to proceed and Dan worked with the electrician until he had to leave for another delivery. The work was done and we passed the inspection with flying colors. The entire process was a joy because of the excellent people that work at Spas Etc. We were treated as friends and we are became friends.

This was our first spa purchase and they were the last of 6 different dealers we visited. We learned a little from each dealer and were beginning to understand the VAST differences in types of spas as well as manufacturers and dealers. We were very impressed with their desire to educate and find what it is we really want(because we didn't know). They knew what was best for us even before we did. They offered for us to have friends come in with us and we wet tested all their different models. The two we thought were the ones for us, turned out to be our least favorite. We couldn't be happier with our decision. The scheduling was great, they worked with what we needed and the install couldn't have been smoother. They were professional and have been very helpful to us with questions after the install, as we are knew to spas and constantly have more questions. We know they stand by their product, it's warranty, and their service.

I visited all of the local spa retail outlets in the area and wet tested several makes and models. I chose a spa from Spas Etc. Stacy and Dan provided excellent service, no pressure to buy, and encouraged me to compare their spas to their competitors while never saying anything bad about the other brands. They have stood by their products. I have called several times with questions and each time Dan has taken the time to talk with me and never made me feel stupid for asking for help. The couple of times I needed service, Dan was able to schedule the work within 48 hours. The technicians were prompt and fixed the problem on the first visit. Recently when my Ozonator stopped working, Dan again stood behind his products even though the manufacturer was not willing to help me.
