Honest work from a small business. I've used them three times for jobs big and small. As soon as the budget permits I'll call them back for more.

I highly recommend this company. They showed up when expected and did a fantastic job. I've used other gutter cleaning and repair companies and Shine's is definitely superior. I will call them again.

Great service for a reasonable price.

Marcus is hard-working, knowledgeable, soft-spoken and fair. He cleaned all my gutter channels and repaired the downspouts and joints. Also took pictures of the before and after gutter cleaning to show what he had done. He quoted me a price and said it'd be about 90 minutes. He was done in just over and hour and he took $20 off the given quote without me even asking about it. His original quote was as good as/or better than any of the others I received. I recommend this company.

High initial quote, negotiated $50 off?didn?t like the wheel-and-deal. Didn?t show up for initial quote, had to text and ask where he was. Wasn?t able to make the scheduled appointment, had to delay a day. Job was adequate, cleaned a ton of debris from the gutters but only washed the gutters with water after we insisted on it before payment. Won?t be using again.

Came to the house promptly and got my gutter problem squared away

When I posted my need, I was contacted immediately about the job. Marcus was prompt, professional, and gave me a ballpark estimate on what he expected the job would cost. He came back several days later, took care of unplugging and sealing my super gutter. I was at work, so he sent me pictures of what he had done. He charged me less than the original quote. He contacted me several times to make sure that the repair was acceptable. And, following a torrential downpour, there was not a single drop of water coming from the areas that had leaked previously for years! And, that was after I had other individuals tell me that they could not repair it. Of all of the businesses that I contacted, he was the only one that reached out to me, and that was why he received my service! If I ever have a problem with my gutters again, he is the only one I will contact.

Marcus responded immediately to my request for a quote. He squeezed me in the following morning because it was an urgent situation! He did a great job!!

Marcus took time to show me before and after photos and answered all my questions for my gutter cleaning and repair job.

The owner was Very knowledgeable, courteous & patient. He explained to me what he was doing to fix the issue & left the working area clean . I would use this company again if needed in the future & also would recommend to anyone needing their gutters fixed or replace.
