The staff @ Rowland are pretty good salesmen. But while they can talk the talk they don t always walk the walk . I ve had episodes when a Rowland tech, or even the owner, would resched an appt 3 times in a single day while I had to just wait for a no-show. Their excuse? Hey, we re busy!
