+ -1 moreRobin Marine from roofing pros usa came to my house and looked at my roof then said I need to sign something so he can talk to the insurance company. I spent the weekend researching the company and the sales person Robin. What I came across was shocking. Robin had just got out of jail for multiple changes of grand theft and crack cocaine possession. The company has a habit of not paying employees, exploiting the elderly, among other deceptive business practices. Now I'm being told that they won't release me from contract after I found out it's a work order with no details about the job including price.

+ -1 moreRecently had our storm damaged roof inspected, and replaced by Roofing Pros USA, and was initially apprehensive from hearing many horror stories about unscrupulous roofers, well our apprehension was greatly misplaced. Roofing Pros gave us an amazingly wonderful story, with professional outcome! Derek Machula the Project Manager walked us through the inspection, and insurance requirements. A few days later the upscale roofing materials arrived, and shortly thereafter Jody Simmons the Production Supervisor arrived with an extremely professional crew to begin the work. I have some experience with the building trades from the military, and the high quality of work performed, and upscale materials used was exemplary! My wife and I are 100% satisfied with all phases of this roof replacement! We both would highly recommend Roofing Pros USA to anyone contemplating roof repair or replacement!
