. He started different projects and did not finish neither one of them. I have a half built play set which is on unleveled ground (not safe for kids), installed pipes but did complete so I'm still having water drainage problems, started cement and left it unfinished with wood still cemented in it which was supposed to be removed 24 hours later. He keeps telling me he's coming to finish and never does or drops off people with no tools to do the job so they just sit around waiting on him. He's unreliable and unprofessional. He came over and saw a man trying to help me do something in the yard since he had not showed up and he started gossiping to the man and being rude. He told the man that he wasn’t making money because all the money went on supplies which is not true, we gave him $2000.00 for labor and I purchased all the supplies he needed. And I’ve wasted unnecessary money because he takes so long coming to work that the grass keeps growing so I have to keep putting stuff to kill it and he’s left the bags of cement sitting on my patio so now they are hard and wet. It’s been months now and my yard is still undone and he won’t answer our calls or texts and if he does he says he’ll call me later and doesn’t.

Rios provided the best price. I shopped it with at least 4 other companies. They are a family run business and they work very hard and don't leave until the job is complete.
