+ -1 moreJerry arrived at the arranged time. He is very thorough. He went and practically inspected the home inside and out. He showed me the problems that he saw and gave me tips on solving it and possible repairs or what I would need to do. The whole process itself was about 4 hours. Which is pretty good in my opinion because he inspected everything. Overall, I think the price was fair because it was a huge house. My home is 3900 sq feet heated. Great guy and great service. I highly recommend.
