Everything went great. They answered all my questions and gave me a quote which sounded good considering all the extras (drain pan, permit, expansion value, etc). I got everything I wanted, and they came out the day I called. This is my new plumber!

I called John around 9 a.m. regarding a leaking water line. He arrived at my house shortly after 10 a.m. and was able to quickly replace the leaking section of pipe in my wall with Pex. He reconnected the line to my water heater and also installed a new angle stop to my ice machine line. I appreciate his quick response and professional attitude and would call him again.

John replaced the tub drain and patched the dry wall within an hour and a half. We were very pleased with the service and work done. Would highly recommend him!

They were very punctual, professional, and very polite. I would highly recommend them. I will keep their number on file in case I have to do this again with another house. Their drywall guys were exceptional for i couldn't tell where they did the patching up. Check them out it would be well worth it.

I filed a claim for my leaking water faucet through the home warranty company and they send Pardo & Son out to service the request. Scott came to see the problem and it went fine. He told us that they will need to get the work authorized and come back. My claim was authorized. Initially they told me they will come on 2/10 afternoon, between 12-4 pm. They didn't show, and I got a call from John saying he got delayed but can come on Thursday afternoon between 12-4 pm. I waited til 4 pm, and gave John a called. He said again he got delayed at a job and said he will call me back with another available time. He called me back after 20 minutes and said he is working half day on Saturday morning, and asked if I want to be the first and 2nd time slot that morning. Learned my lesson, I said I will take the first time slot. Well, again he didn't show up. John never picks up my call or respond to my text since then. Think twice before calling this company if you are busy and value your time. They are not very trustworthy.

Excellent company! Did comparison shopping for brand and price. They completed the job in less than 45 minutes. Very happy with the service and communication from this company, they accommodated my schedule as well. Would definitely recommend this company. A++

Excellent. Nathan quoted a price for the job before he started. And even though it took longer than it should because the old one was so rusted on. He charged exactly what he quoted no extra charge for the extra time. He was friendly and professional.

Went extremely well. Most contractors quote a price without the price of a drywall guy coming to patch up the walls but Pardo did and it beat all other prices except a plumber who came and quoted without permits. They not only beat every price they helped with other areas not quoted or charged

Plumber was On Time, Professional and Courteous. He installed the new 1” Brass Ball Valve Neatly and Correctly, and he cleaned up the area afterwards. All in less than an hour. A Job Well Done!

We are very pleased with the services rendered by Pardo & Son Plumbing. We called the company and a next day appointment was set up by their receptionist for John to come to our home, inspect the heaters and answer our questions. He was prompt, professional and in no way pushy. He inspected, asked questions, listened to our concerns, explained different options and then let us decide what we wanted to do. We decided to replace the water heaters and John returned the next day along with an assistant to do the job. Again he was prompt and went right to work. They: removed and took away the old heaters; installed the new gas heaters; checked for leaks; cleaned up; made sure everything was working properly and explained how the heaters worked. We will definitely use them again.

The install went very well the team was professional and hard working we had a clog in one of the pipe lines that needed to be power snaked out at additional cost which they were upfront and I gave the go ahead they had to do a lot of extra work .All is working well ,they also cleaned up nicely.I will use this company again and recommend them.

John was GREAT. He completed the work and was extremely professional. My husband was home, but on numerous conference calls and John was very understanding and didn't complain. Would definitely use him again.

We had a broken kitchen faucet on the weekend of Memorial Day. We called late the night before and it was fixed the following morning. We were fearful we would not get service until Tuesday. Paid for the weekend service but worth not having a kitchen sink over in the holiday.

He saw pictures of the damaged pipe and of the property. He immediately quoted $275 to repair my broken pipe. I approved his visit since his reviews and price were to my satisfaction. He arrived at my property within 60 minutes after I first spoke to him. He repaired the pipes after working on the problem for about 2 hours. He cut the damaged underground pipes and used new pvc pipes fittings. The work was to my satisfaction. I am very happy with his professionalism and quality of work.

Went quickly. I thought I needed a new water heater. All he had to do was replace the heating elements.

I had finished changing the inside of the toilet for a water saving system and when I turned the water on I heard water inside the wall instead of the tank. I quickly turned the water off and got on Angie's list. They were the 2nd or 3rd listing but should definitely have been the 1st. I called cause they were the closest at 4:30 and by 5 pm they were here they checked, repaired and place better piping a new shut off valve and left the bathroom completely clean. Will definitely call for any plumbing issues again and again. Quick, well priced, polite, professional and on time. The even past my info forward and had a drywall company call me to do the work, awesome!

We haven't used them in a while, but they are very reliable people. I would definitely recommend them. They are our go-to for plumbing. They do all kinds of stuff. It says electronic leak detection, sewer camera, sewer lines, sewer and drain cleaning, solar and gas heaters, water softeners, shower doors and re-piping, they do all that.

I called and scheduled an appointment, they gave me a 4 hour window and agreed to call me 30 minutes before coming so I could leave work and meet the plumber. Plumber arrived promptly at the house and quickly determined it was the aerator clogged being the problem. However, when that was fixed it was noticed that the faucet wasn't properly installed previously and was cross-threaded and leaking. That was replaced with a faucet on hand from the plumber's truck and the drain pipe below was corrected as well. Happy with the overall service as another large chain plumbing company wanted to re-plumb the whole house to fix same issue.
