Excellently. There was a lot to fix and pipes, faucets, and drains had to be replaced. We bought the parts and they installed them. The plumbers were very pleasant, tolerated my asking lots of questions, and left everything looking good and working perfectly. Absolutely would call them again for any plumbing needs.

The plumber came with a helper. There were efficient and pleasant to deal with.. I would definitely use them again.

John Pardo was very professional to deal with. His people repiped my home in a single 15 hour day. John returned the following day to inspect the work performed and with the assistance of a helper, patched all of the holes in the drywall. I was very impressed with John's patience and communication. Would use them again.

Called early Monday morning to schedule a service call to repair a non-working toilet. Was told it would be between 12 and 4 before someone could be out. Service tech arrived several hours early and completed the repairs in a timely manner and at a fairly reasonable cost.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and they did what they said they would do. The work is perfect. I am going to have them back to do some more work in that same bathroom. They gave me the price right up front.

They did a very good job. The toilet stopped up again once since then, but the one that they set in the floor is pretty steady, and I have had no problems. I have used them several times. They were very, very professional and came when they said they were going to come. They offered to remove the toilet they took out. I don’t actually know how their prices are. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The last time I had them come out was to do an estimate and I thought they were rather high in they're estimate to remodel the bathroom. For some reason I called them back so I must have liked their work but when they came back a second time for this it was very high so I ended hiring someone else.

We used them specifically because the home owners had the home warranty and they had to cease them. It was not that we specifically used them but we also used another plumbing company and they did some major work for us which they just finished. Pardo and Son were fine. They fixed the problem and everything was fine. We only had to pay our deductible on them and so I have no idea what the final cost was. We had a $50 deductible from our mortgage home warranty. My husband was here when they did the job. They were polite and cleaned up the mess in the end after they left. They were excellent on everything. We might possibly use their services again in the future.

They arrive in time and got the job done in 20 minutes. They also cleaned up after the work.

They did a great job. It is a family-run business; so it is small. They were very personable and efficient. We would use them again in the future if needed.

The service was great. The reason I like this company is when I called them, I asked how they based charges. They replied it would be $85 plus parts. They did just that! No hidden costs.

Wanted to replace outdoor faucet because did not connect well to hose. I called Pardo because ad in Angie's List magazine said talk to plumber when you call, and 10% off for Angie's List members. When I called I spoke with receptionist who did not understand my problem; she scheduled plumber for 2 hours later and said plumber would call and discuss problem with me. Approx 10 minutes later, plumber called and said he was on his way; did not discuss problem. When he arrived, he said that he would have to cut a large hole in concrete to get at pipe and would leave the large hole. We discussed the probable piping inside wall, and he repeatedly said it would leave a large hole in the concrete. I said No, I could not have a hole in the side of house, and he said that for an additional $150 they would return to fix the hole. He never gave any indication of how much installing the new faucet would cost. He only told me over and over that he couldn't replace the faucet without leaving a big hole in the concrete. I said, No, did not want new faucet if it left hole in house. He said he would be happy to screw new hose onto existing faucet for me. I asked about cost to replace 2 toilets and he could not give me any estimate for the labor to install toilets. Told me to call office. Then presented me with bill for $85.00 for service call. I asked if I had requested estimate would it have cost me $85.00 and he said No, but I didn't ask for estimate and minimum service call charge was $85.00. I said, But you didn't do anything. He replied, I screwed the hose onto the faucet. I was in shock and unable to speak. I do not expect tradesmen to make these types of calls for free, but normally they only charge about $35. This whole thing took less than 15 minutes and he was already in Winter Park so he didn't even have to drive over a mile or two to get to my house. He billed me $85 but I took the advertised Angie's List discount so only paid $77.00 to have hose screwed into faucet. This is all my fault: I went by ad in magazine instead of member reports; I did not cancel when the plumber did not discuss before he came out; I did not specify Estimate. I think it is a sad state of affairs where it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to see to it that they receive fair treatment.

They were supposed to make a drain and they ended up making the wrong one. I paid $50 on that work. They weren?t terribly responsive and I would have kept on using them had they been responsive after that first time. When I called them and told them about the issue they weren?t terribly responsive.

Responded quickly when called and explained options available. They did the job quickly and for a reasonable price.

Their quote was pretty good, so we'll go with them. Their price and willingness to come out stood out from the competition.

I have a home warranty and Pardo was the firm that got the work order. They responded quickly and the plumber did a great job. He was professional and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. There was some confusion about how much we were to pay and the plumber on-site called Mr. Pardo. He was professional and explained that there is a $55 deductible on my policy. Since this is a warrenty job and I only had to pay the deductible I can't speak to the pricing of this plumber. I can say I would recommend at least calling for an estimate.

I went to their showroom and set up an appointment for the following weekend so I could get an estimate. They called me an hour after they were supposed to come out and told me they needed to reschedule and would call me back. They never did.
