They are excellent. He did above and beyond what he said he was going to do, he was here all the time and he worked. He didn't just stand around and kill time. He came promptly, the work was excellent, no problem. The price was very fair.

He saved me the price of a new water tank, fixed the leak and contacted the water remediation company.

Pardo and Son Plumbing did an outstanding job. They had to rebuild my guest bathroom toilet tank, replaced the flapper and replaced the fill valve on both toilets. The also installed a new pop-up assembly in my master bathroom sink. I felt the cost was fair considering the repairs and the time they spent doing this work. I would definitely use them again. John was courteous and very professional.

I hired Pardo And Son Plumbing to install new plumbing through my house due to a pipe breaking under my slab. John and his team came in and did an excellent job with the plumbing part. However: what I found most impressing is.they had to cut several holes in the drywall and they did not only patch the holes, they textured the area to match the surrounding walls. Only thing I need to do was paint and the patches will be invisible. Would recommend Pardo And Son Plumbing to anyone.

Everything went fantastic. Service was prompt, professional, neat & clean. John (owner) came himself & replaced the "guts" of the toilet in no time flat & things are working wonderfully. I want to point out -- I own rental properties. I do not reside at the address, they are all tenant occupied; therefore it is imperative for me to hire a reputable vendor I can trust since I'm not onsite to oversee the work. This is not the first time I've hired Pardo & Sons. I've used them in the past for foundation leak repair. They are very responsive. They keep their appointments and stay on schedule. When they arrive at the job site and before they start work, they call me to explain the problem, propose a solution, and give me a quote. I have no complaints with their work and give them an "A" in all categories except one. The only reason I grade them a "C" in Professionalism is because I have the hardest time getting a receipt showing my balance was paid in full at the time payment was received (once by credit card over the phone, other by check). All I have asked from them is to scan & email a receipt once they've received my payment. I find myself calling the office multiple times to request a receipt in addition to sending multiple emails requesting a receipt. I am told they'll send it, but I haven't received it. This has happened on two separate occasions. We're going on over a month now since the $4200 re-pipe job and I am still waiting on my receipt. I will likely continue to use them again in the future because they do a great job, but their back office function could use improvement -- in my opinion.

Contacted Pardo & Son Plumbing. They were able to get to my house within 30 minutes! They replaced the valve with an assembly meeting present code preventing pipe chatter when fridge calls for water. They had to cut out small piece of wall for access and installation of the assembly and did a very good job. They cleaned up not leaving any mess. Leak repaired

Our water heater stopped working. Called Pardo and Sons based on high positive reviews on Angies List. They scheduled a serviceman to come same day to inspect the water heater. He discovered the thermostat had shorted out, but noticed water was leaking and that caused the short. He gave the option to replace the thermostat, but advised that the unit was over 20 years old and would be more cost effective to replace. I agreed and we scheduled a replacement. He offered to replace the thermostat and get us hot water for the night until he could come back the next day and just credit the cost towards the new heater. In all we spent $575 for both the service call and the heater replacement. The serviceman was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would use this company again.

John, the son found where the leak was coming from and it was not that ez to do because the location was so tight. He was done in one hour plus called to say how long he would take to get there to my house. He replaced the part and remembered my 10% discount. Also I called on Saturday morning and he scheduled me on Monday morning so very quickly. He also determined my electrical plug did not work under kitchen sink. He also referred me to a water restoration specialists to see if we needed insurance to replace the cabinets.

They arrived promply. They were professional and reasonably priced. We've already used them again and would highly recommend them.

I called a couple of plumbers as I had a leaking water heater (which was caused by a broken PVC connector that connects the PVC pipes). Pardo was the first to actually answer. The others either went to voicemail or had an answering service answer my call. I spoke with who I believe was the owner (sorry, don't have his name). He said he could have someone here in 30 minutes. Well, 30 minutes came and went and no plumber. I waited about another 20 minutes before calling again. I was told he would be here in 20 minutes. That didn't sit too well since I was told he would be here in 30 minutes to begin with...the whole time my water heater is leaking and my roommate and I are taking turns wringing out towels to absorb the water. Well, again, the 20 minutes came and went. Finally, an hour and half after my original call, the plumber arrived. He quickly stopped the leak by attaching a hose to the bottom of the water heater and flipping the pressure release valve. I asked him how much it was going to cost to fix the leak; I was quoted $225.00!!! I thought that was pretty expensive to fix a broken piece of plastic. I told him I wasn't going to pay that and to pack up his things and leave. After talking with his boss, he came back and said he could do the job for $125.00! He also told me that if his boss asked, that he started at $200 but we dickered down to $125.00 Why didn't he quote that originally? I agreed to pay that, even though that also seems pretty expensive for a piece of plastic.

We have used this company twice. ?We had an issue back in July and today we had the same issue. ?Their price went up by $45.00 but nevertheless, they come out really quickly and do a great job.

It went well.? They were professional and got the job done.? I thought the price was reasonable.

Saturday morning & Pardo & Sons not only answered phone but was at our house within 30 minutes to make repair. Pardo was able to fix leak immediately and also installed newer hardware since ours was antiquated. Pardo was very professional.

Replaced 2nd bath toilet, and bathtub with tile and fixtures. Replaced toilets in the master bath and powder room. Replaced water softener. Patched all the small drywall whole left from previous water problems the others did not correct.

Thus far all the work performed has been top notch as you would expect from a master plumber. I am so tired of dealing with hacks that pass themselves off as tradesmen and know less than I do, that in conjunction with their less than ethically behavior drives me nuts. So when I run into a pro, I look for things I need done that he can do. RESPONSE TO PROVIDERS MESSAGE: YOU MUST HAVE ACCIDENTALLY READ 325.00 ON YOUR BILLING RECEIPT INSTEAD OF 375.00 BECAUSE I PAID 337.50 WHICH IS 10% LESS THAN 375.00. After talking to a few people who have all had plumbing services done in the past, many told me that $375 with 10% off was a good deal. The only reason I thought they were so expensive was my own inexperience with paying for plumbing services. I apologize if any harm was done with my review but five A's and one B is a pretty darn good review!

Upon discovering a leak from my bathroom into a spare bedroom I checked Angie's List for a plumber, choosing Pardo and Sons. I had always used a well known local company but will use Pardo and Sons from now on. Great service and a bright spot in an otherwise bleak day.

Most important...the 2 guys were super nice and put down sheets/blankets/covers from front door to work area. Almost no one does this. Very much appreciated and shows attention to detail for what they do. Back to beginning. We were upgrading our bathroom which also including the fixtures. The old plumbing/valve couldn't handle the newer style fixtures, so we called Pardo and Son to upgrade the plumbing behind the shower/tub. We called and they came on the day we needed them there, on time. We already had a hole were they needed access, but they made it a bit bigger to work around as expected. The cut out the old copper and valve and replaced with newer piping and valve supplied by us. They then but on all fixtures in the shower/tub and tested. We just had our tub refinished the day before so they were very careful when doing all of this (dropping things, excess water). Only thing was I wished it was more affordable to have them put the drywall back (no point, just throw it on there). Price was a little too high so I just did it myself later.

They gave me a price quote over the phone which was very close to the actual price paid. They arrived at my home within the hour of when they said they would be here and their work was very neat. Very courteous and professional. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
