Masterpiece Pool and Spa

Rob and his team did a fantastic job on helping us bring our vision of a more modern looking pool to reality. Rob listened and provided computerized 3D renderings so we could see options and finalize a design. He was very patient and explained (a few times) the construction process and maintenance requirements even after pool school. I am so in love my pool and the so far the quality is shining through the workmanship.

Rob was very helpful and worked with us to answer all questions that we had and let us know about trying to ensure that we would compare other quotes from other companies apples to apples. Furthermore, he was never pushy and always responsive to answer us questions and send us images of any design changes that we wanted prior to build. After looking at a couple quotes, we selected him based on not only how well he worked with us, but also based on a strong recommendation from a colleague at work. Rob and the team he works with have been in the business for a long time and it showed through the quality and professionalism from day one. Since he does such a great job, while he was building our pool, he started getting a lot other jobs, so it did take longer for him to complete than we hoped for. Nevertheless, we are extremely pleased with the finished pool and the quality of the work. Further, we had little glass tiles in our pool design, which are very tedious to install properly. He personally ensured it was done right. Several months after finishing the pool and of course getting final payment. He is never hesitant to take my call if I have any questions on how to work the system. Furthermore, we had travertine tile installed and settling still occurs. He is quick to come out to pull the tile, level it off and re-install. He will do so until there is no more settling. One last note, whenever there was something that was not meeting our expectations, he was quick to ensure it met them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. No questions asked.

From start to finish the job was professionally supervised and communication from our builder, Rob, was great from the day that the work crew showed up to build our pool, Rob was there hands on and available for any questions or concerns. All of the work crews were courteous and professional which made for a great overall experience. We would highly recommend them to friends and family to use them for the design and building of their pool in the near future!
