Everything went as planned, very professional

Samir and his team were excellent. Samir quoted the job and was patient while our request went through HOA approval of several months. Once approved, he and his team started within a week and finished in the estimated time. Upon completion, Samir personally walked the house with us to ensure we were satisfied with everything. I highly recommend Master Painter and will use them going forward on interior projects as well.

He used environmentally friendly solution near my compost so as not to compromise it. He was efficient, came on time, was very nice and easy to talk to and very thorough. Very cooperative and willing to do a great job. I completely recommend him. He did the whole fence and wall with the environmentally solution and it turned out very well. He did a great job and it looks brand new! Very few seem to know about these types of solutions.

Good and a hitch. Bill and his crew were punctual and friendly. They did a good job painting and were conscious to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction except for one particular instance. A plastic electrical box was completed painted over, including the hinges. When I tried to carefully open the door, not surprisingly, the hinges broke. I pointed this out to Bill and he told me on three different occasions that he would get a replacement. After more than three months nothing has been done nor have we heard from him. If it wasn’t for the door we would have been very happy with Bill and his crew's work. In fact, we tipped him and his crew (before we noticed the electrical box). Bill could have easily used some of the gratuity to replace our electrical box and still come out well ahead since it was a very generous tip. It is the little things that can matter.

My wife and I were so pleased our daughter and son n law hired them to paint a rental house inside and out. They did a great job there also. The guys were attentive to detail. They had to caulk hundreds of feet of battens. Wore me out watching them. Nice guys, trustworthy and very fair price. Our house is a beautiful white farmhouse with a galvalume roof and huge porches. I reached out to ask if they provided a specific service. The answer was "depends" so I gave more precise information to which I never received any reply.

Very professional, prompt, and direct. Came on short notice (Thurs for a Sat job on a Wednesday request). Quoted around $200/room, including one room w multiple colors, seemed on higher side but work they did was worth it. Great detail work and cleaned up immaculately. Would recommend to a friend.
