+ -1 moreWe hired them because the previous service was unreliable. They are consistently here and provided service weekly for over a year. They call before they come a few days in advance. They are flexible if you need a change of the day. The housekeepers are polite and totally honest. However, they are expensive and provide no special services. For example, we have a lot of wood floors and there is one small area 1' x 2' that gets very dirty due to our dirty dog. They have never once mopped or wiped that area, they only vacuum.
Description of Work: They cleaned our house every week.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT COMING IN, BUT THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS THAT I DON'T FEEL THEY WERE HOLDING UP THEIR END OF THE CONTRACT. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE SAME PEOPLE EVERY WEEK, AND IT IS NOT HAPPENING.
Description of Work: IT IS HOUSECLEANING; THEY CLEAN THE ENTIRE HOUSE.
