+ -1 moreA friend ordered a floral arrangement for me for delivery on 2/22/11. A delivery attempt was made on 2/23/11. I called to arrange delivery on 2/24/11. I called again on 2/26/11 after no flowers showed up. The flowers were not delivered until 6:30pm five days after they were ordered (and guaranteed for delivery that day). This also took 3 phone calls from me (the recipient) to have the flowers delivered. Of note, I live 4 blocks away from the florist. Also, I had to argue with the florist that I was not going to accept the arrangement that, I had been told, had been sitting in the cooler for five days.
Description of Work: I was the recipient of a floral arrangement that was to be delivered.
