Fern Park Appliance Repair

Horrible experience. They were supposed to repair my fridge under warranty. A technician from Fern Park Appliance came out to do an estimate, and said he would email me an estimate and needed my credit card. I never heard back from him so I contacted the company and explained that they shouldn't be charging my credit card because the fridge is under warranty and I just needed an estimate to submit to the warranty department. I left several messages and spoke to 4 different people at this company and they kept telling me they would have the "manager" call me. It's been several days and nobody has called me back or emailed me an estimate, as they promised they would do. I just found out that they charged my credit card for $100 (again nobody would explain why over the phone or send me a receipt), so I filed a claim with my credit card company hoping they can get some sort of response from Fern Park Appliance, since I cannot. Fern Park Appliance has been difficult to work with and I am very disappointed.
