I called emerald after noticing some problems with my garage door malfunctioning. James took care of the issue. I must say, he is the most honest and thorough person that has ever helped me with a problem like this. I cannot express how knowledgeable he is, took the time to troubleshoot until he was able to get things fixed. He explained everything that he was doing in a way that I was able to understand. None of the other guys that had "fixed" my garage door were ever this helpful and HONEST. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you James!

THOUSANDS OF STARS for James and Emerald Garage Door Services!! Our very dated garage door landed on a storage container left blocking the door. (It has no sensors). I felt a bit anxious the garage door may collapse on top of my car parked inside. James found the situation wasn’t as worrisome as I thought. He replaced the corroded springs, rollers, tuned the door, then found it was missing a needed part. I was extremely grateful for his honesty, and his work. I feel safe, the door isn’t as loud and moves smoothly. It was affordable! I plan to call Emerald again to replace the motor and add sensors. Thanks so much for resolving my nightmare, James!
