They were very reasonable compared to other companies, timely and punctual for the appointment and provided a good service.

Perfect! Vinny diagnosed our system problems and installed the new Trane unit two days later. The installation is beautiful! We open the cabinet to admire the Trane and the installation into our ductwork. The unit outside is very neat and the connections are very secure.

They were great. We had them in the past. They are dependable and has good quality and give great customer service.

We have used Contemporary Air and only Contemporary Air since we bought our first house 30 years ago. The biggest reason is that I trust them 100%! Our unit is over 16 years old so when the temperature started rising in our house I feared it had died and called Contemporary Air. I explained what was going on and told them I was expecting out of town guests the next day so I was hoping they might be able to come the same day. Even though he was on another job they said he would try his best to get to me. Around 5:45 that afternoon Vinny pulled into my driveway, unfortunately 15 minutes earlier the power decided to go out on our entire street! Vinny waited over an hour for them to restore the power and then got to work on my unit. Now, I had been with out AC since 1 pm, it was over 90 degrees in my house and I had guest arriving in less than 24 hours, if he had come in and told me I needed a new unit I would have bought it in a heartbeat! Remember, 90 DEGREES in my house!!! Guest arriving in less than 24 HOURS!!! I would have spent what ever it took to get the AC back on!! If he were dishonest or shady he could have sold me anything! But he had great news! Nothing was wrong with the unit at all- it had been an electrical issue- but since he was there and I was due for my Annual Service he would go ahead and take care of that. By the time he finished up it was past 8 pm and he presented me with the bill. It was a little over $100! Not only did he NOT charge me for an After Hours Call, he didn't charge me for the time he spent waiting for the power to come back on! I know with the 16 year old unit we have one day he is going to walk in with the bad news that it's time for a new one and as much as I will dislike having to spend the money on it I won't for one second doubt that we need it! You can trust Contemporary Air!!!
