My home and yard had serious drainage issues so after getting a recommendation from NextDoor, I contacted Clear Water PSI to get a quote. They came out promptly, gave me a reasonable quote and started the next week. The job was completed well, staff walked me through the work they were doing and kept me informed throughout the process. They also cleaned up my yard as well as possible. I would recommend Clear Water PSI to others.

We hired Judy and her team to figure out why our sprinkler pump wasnt getting any water. She arrived on time with a team ready and had the issue identified very quickly. They did such a great job that we had them install a new pump, identify and fix other issues, and received a quote for non-critical items, on the spot. We would and will use Judy and team again in the future. Highly recommend this company!

Clear Water Products & Services Inc was very responsive to my requests for information and quotes. I got a call the same or next day after requesting a quote to discuss the issue with our well. They did not push me to replace our entire system, keep the cost down by re-using what was working and re-drilling the well. Once we decided to move forward with the quote, they were out within the week to do the work and finished in less than a day. We haven't had any problems since and our system is working great. Everyone who came out was very professional and courteous. I requested quotes from two other companies, and none of them even bothered to call me back.

Job consisted of a timely quote provided at a fair price, quick response to detailed questions via email, fast/professional installation and a re-visit after the job was completed to check/adjust a minor item I had concern about without giving me a hard time about coming back to the job site. Overall I really enjoyed being able to work with Judy, Kurt and team. They are good people. It's hard to find contractors today that aren't trying to cut corners and are genuinely interested in doing a good job.

I called first thing Monday morning, as the pipe burst over the weekend (typical). Judy was very nice, but was clearly distressed as she was so heavily booked and couldn't get anyone out to repair it until Friday. As it wasn't an emergency, that was fine with me, however I could hear in her voice that she didn't like having to make me wait. We set a time frame for Friday (early afternoon) and sure enough, Jose called at 2PM to tell me he was on his way and would be about half an hour. True to his word, he arrived and made the necessary repairs. This is the second time I have used their services, and will do so again if the situation arises. I am a very pleased customer.

We had a sprinkler system that had been inoperable for many months, and on top of that, it suddenly started leaking water. The system had been damaged by a falling tree, and featured missing (cracked off underground) risers, a broken line, yanked up and tossed out wires to some of the control valves, and in the end the control valve had started letting through water that was leaking out of the heads in various places (i.e. it wouldn't stay turned off). It was truly a mess. Talked to Judy and we agreed to split the job into two. The first job would be to stop the leak and get the system functional enough to estimate a second job, which would be to fix/adjust all the risers, etc. The first job was "open ended" in that it was a $65 trip charge, $110 an hour for two men, and then parts. Judy had braced us that it could take several hours. The second job would then be estimated. Both jobs went as planned. The teams were scheduled for two visits without much lead time, and they promptly made both the appointments at the promised times (even a little early on one). Very little BS on this front. They teams were courteous and knew what they were doing. The first job took a little under 2.5 hours and they left with the controller functioning and two risers fixed such that we could actually run the system. With trip charge, parts, and the labor at the hourly rate it worked out to $537 for the first visit. The second visit was estimated to be $600, and that is what we paid to finish the job... It was again a crew of two, and they spent between 4 and 5 hours getting it done (adjusting everything and completing all repairs). There was a mistake in their favor on the bill for the first trip, and while Judy is not completely in love with doing detailed breakdowns, she did own the mistake and added a credit for us to the second job (we got this resolved in one call). Nothing drug out, jobs were done on time as described, no high-pressure salesmanship, and they resolved a dispute quickly between our two jobs without a fuss... Would definitely use them again.

Judy answered the phone, and she immediately recognized our concern and began to relieve it. She called around to her staff to find someone who could come out within a couple of hours and dispatched him. The man who came was experienced, friendly and knew exactly what to do. He was also right on time. In a short while the issue was repaired and we could breathe a sigh of relief. I had a drainage issue in the backyard of my investment property. Living out of town, it was imperative that I find a company that was knowledgable as well as trustworthy. Judy and her crew at Clear Water PSI were just that. Judy kept me updated every step of the way during the installation of a drain/sump pump system. Judy was patient, understanding, and professional while addressing all the questions and concerns I had.

The responsiveness was outstanding. We worked with Judy remotely. The company was efficient and did the job in a reasonable time frame. Being remote is not the easiest way to do business. Had to make a few trips to check on the work and inspect a few times to make some add on suggestions. I would definitely use them again. Judy is on it.

It went very well! This is the second major maintenance on our well system we've had done by Clear Water. This time, the retention tank developed some pinhole leaks due to age and corrosion and we needed a replacement. The old tank was over ten years old. I called Judy and she was able to identify the tank model from the information I gave her and had a crew on site with a new tank installed the following day. The professionalism of the two technicians who did the installation was impressive, and the quality of their work was superb. In the picture, the new retention tank is the tall blue one in the middle. The white tank on the left (the pressure tank) was replaced by Clear Water two years ago after the bladder ruptured. They did a great job on that as well, and they also replaced and serviced our softener system control heads a while back. Solid, dependable, quality work all around.

This did not go well. I hired Clearwater PSI to perform maintenance on my irrigation system which was initially installed about 10 years ago. I was charged by the hour and the contractor took practically an entire day to replace a part racking up a bill of almost $1000. The work was not completed. The diagnosis was not completed. The contractor was supposed to return but never did. This is inexcusable!

The Tech. were first class. The did a first class work.
