Mr. Galvis was very polite over the phone and even more so in person. He arrived on-time and after a quick walk through the various rooms and what needed to be done in each, he got right to work. The plumbing work under the sink took most of the time as he had to completely redesign it. We found out that our dishwasher had been incorrectly pulling from the cold water line the entire time, so he switched that connection as well so that it would pull from the hot. He took the time to explain to me the special way he was having to install the faucets in the new granite counter tops, should we ever need to replace them. Due to the proximity of the holes to the under mount sinks extra steps were required to ensure the correct installation "tricks of the trade." One of the items he explained was about a different product to keep toilets clean with bleach, but not destroy the insides of them as we currently do with the bleach tablets. If that saves me from fixing one more of these toilets, it's worth its weight in gold! Just before leaving we explained that after the other company installed the new counter tops we'd been noticing a strange sound from our dishwasher when it opened and closed. He took a look and was able to find that the line that opens and closes with the dishwasher was impacting the electrical cord and starting to fray it. He was able to move it out of the way to prevent it from impacting anymore. He could have charged us extra for this, but he didn't. All in all, he did a great job, was on-time, professional and is definitely our go-to guy for any plumbing issues that we'll run into.

He showed up on time and was nice. I am waiting on an estimate on the work. He does not have a propress machine for the pipes. Also I wanted to use cape copper, but he only uses ali copper.

Mr. Galvis responded to a call after we determined we had a leak in our water line in our home. We called the company and they responded immediately. Mr. Galvis working with my husband determined the leak was under our porch slab and he went through the slab with a minimum of debris and damage. The thought was to cap off the pipe to a faucet outside near our pool and replace it with a faucet on the wall near the pipe that runs from the house. This saved us damage to our porch slab and time and effort in resolving the problem. The entire job took less than 3 hours.
