 + -1 moreI called to schedule an estimate for awning instalation.I thought it could be quoted on the phone to save us all the agony of waiting for a no show estimate which seems to be very common these days.They insisted to come to my house and setup an appointment for 9:30 a.m - 10:30 a.m.I even received an email reminder which i confirmed.I took off of work to wait also for another a/c company which surprisingly did not show up either although it was a scheduled paying work, not an estimate.I never received a call from them, tried to call 5-6 times, left a message, Nothing.I do understand delays are a part of any business, but a phone, text would have made it right.Half work day gone and still no show.written 11:35 a.m.

 + -1 moreTwo very young men came out to my house, looked at the job to be done. They were prompt in arrival, and gave me a timely estimate. However, they did not describe what they would be performing for this estimate. I already knew a steel beam has to be placed over 16 feet of glass sliding doors, (each door is 4 ft long), and never once did they mention how these doors would be braced above them. Nor did they mention fixing the 16 feet of glass sliding doors or to whom would they recommend fixing the doors nor did they mention replacing the doors. I felt leery over using them because of their ages would indicate inexperience, especially on my type of project being the outside structure of a house that included so much glass. However, I would not completely count them out. This project is still opened to be done, and I might give them a call. I am not sure at this moment. Over all, the two men were friendly, and gave the estimate on time. They just need to describe exacting what they would be doing on this type of project.

Description of Work: We hire Frank Catello every time we need work done on the house. He installed our vinyl fence, built us a beautiful staircase to the second floor, figured out how we could use an unusual air conditioner in the master bedroom, and is now completing work on our new kitchen tile after removing the tile we inherited. His prices are fair and he stands by his work. He is patient with his crew and with our frequent questions. As a priceless benefit, the crew has cleaned the house of debris and dust from the tile-removal process, and I have to admit the downstairs is cleaner right now than it has probably ever been. Makes me look bad. Neighbors who have witnessed his work ethic and the quality of his work are asking me for his business card. Selena and James Demchak
