Bob Borr came and removed plywood with two huge holes, something the other company should have done! He was honest and the price was good. We have since had Borr Builders come for different repairs! highly recommend!!

It was good. They were very professional, stuck to what they were doing and got the job done. It was a pretty good price. They had to come back during a rain storm because the roofed leaked. We had a problem with it, but I called them and they came out and corrected the problem. He came right away when I called him.

The repair went fine. I am a very, very picky person. I felt like there wasn't a real good match between the epoxy or whatever it is they use on a tile roof and the tile but that was a function of aging of the tile. That really wasn't their issue. It was a function of product availability and the age of the roof. That was the only negative. They showed up when they were supposed to show up and they were very accommodating in terms of scheduling because I was in a rush to get this done before closing.

He came out a couple of days after I called him and gave me the estimate, but did not return to do the work until about a month later. Part of the delay was due to bad weather, and there was no rush anyway. He called a couple of days before he came to confirm. He and his crew worked for about six hours, did the agreed work plus replacing bad decking that he had not seen when he gave me the estimate, and cleaned up the mess.

The young women who did the appraisal was so knowledgeable and saw the problem instantly. She saw that the original installation was lax in the way the valleys were done dumping large amounts of rain in the one area were the leak was. Not only that, but she took her time to sweep the leaves off the roof and out of the gutters to get rid of extra moisture that was being held on the roof. She is a very personable and competent person. When the men came out, they went right to work and were careful not to dump debris on the plants and walk ways. They did a great job, without a radio blaring like so many workmen today, cleaned up after themselves and were greatly appreciated for their professional behavior.

I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. I HAD A VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DID THE WHOLE JOB IN ONE DAY. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT.
