Description of Work: She cleans my house every 2 weeks. She's extremely professional. She brings all of her own cleaning supplies. She's very conscientious when she brings her supplies into her clients' homes to make sure she doesn't bring in any additional dirt.

My husband called Patty Robinson and scheduled a time the following day for a cleaning estimate. I called that following day and left 2 vm's asking her to return my call because I had questions regarding her availability, etc. Wanted to save her the trip in the event she was not available on the days I want our home cleaned. She never showed up and never returned the phone calls. That was over a week ago.
Description of Work: Did not show up for scheduled meeting and did not call to say she wouldn't be there.
