WORST EXPERIENCE with a moving company we have ever had and we have moved over 10 times in the 28 years we have been married. If they were not arguing with each other (father and son(s) - worst idea ever) and wasting time we were paying for during the move - then they were damaging our goods. Some of the items can not even be replaced and the owner did not have the courtesy to message us back when he was informed of the second round of things we found that were damaged. We even had to spend our own money to buy a steam cleaner to clean our king sized mattress because their moving truck was so filthy and they did not handle it or anything else properly. Then just to name a few other things, such as the wood repair kit we had to purchase for our $2,000 Macy?s dresser they damaged and our tv stand with the built in fireplace that they broke the glass on. I literally have never dealt with such unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge in my life. They also took lunch on our time and we had to pay for that as well after the owner had said we would not have to pay for that break. They took much longer than expected and damaged so many items, some that are even irreplaceable items. The owner then yelled and belittled me on the phone and was VERY verbally abusive. I would never ever use this company again nor recommend them to ANYONE!

This is the best moving service i have ever used, and I have moved several times in the last few years. These folks are the best of the best if you care about your furniture and belongings. They moved my entire 4-bedroom house with no issues at all. Not only were they extremely careful with everything, they still managed to be efficient. Every member of their team was courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Tom at All Points not only gave me the best solution (storage trailer on property at house plus additional truck pick up,), he gave me the best price. On top of all that when we arrived at our new home my dog got severe heatstroke and Tom quickly submerged my Bulldog in a cold bathtub to bring down his temperature drastically. This allowed me to run her up to UF Vet Emergency Hospital in Gainesville where she spent three days and made an amazing recovery. Tom literally saved her life and I am forever grateful.

Thomas and his crew were good to deal with. They worked hard, moved efficiently and were very helpful and courteous. They were solution focused and I could communicate and interact with them easily.

Did the job on time and was professional.

I had a very heavy, tall, wall unit to move along with other furnishings and was told by Tom that the crew had no problem breaking down and reassembling as they had done it many times before. I was to get 3 men on the day of the move, 4 arrived at no additional charge; however, they appeared like a Camp Counselor and his (3) teenage students. Joey was experienced and took care with wrapping & securing the wall unit; however, the rest did not seem to be aware that you do not carry furniture end tables top-side down on a dolly unprotected nor attempt to haul a recliner on a handtruck (tipped over and cracked corner of leg). I had a protected plastic cover over the dining tabletop, but at some point after its removal the tabletop was scratched. Joey promptly colored the scratch but it is a cut in the wood and is still noticeable. After six hours of loading, travel and unloading, they were tired (and so was I) and began saying they needed to go or they would get in trouble (not quite finished with setting up the wall unit & hooking up cable from behind the unit) I asked their assistance in hooking up cables as I would not be able to get behind the furniture to do so (I am 72) and they reluctantly did so with their efforts waning. After settling up and their leave, I found that the top piece of the wall unit was too far forward and the cable outlet holes did not align enough to add additional DVD player, etc, there were minor scratches on top of the sofa table and the chip from recliner leg had fallen off. Yes, the crew was polite and accomplished the move; however, I was disappointed in the lack of experience in how to handle furniture in a move and reassembling placement. I will have to hire someone to reposition the assembly of the wall unit.

Tom was very professional and definitely had the experience of a professional to handle the job of moving a 950lb hot tub for me. He was very calculated and methodical on his analysis of the job; it was not an easy one. The tub came to the house undamaged and I'm very pleased. His crew was professional and polite and made the process actually very fun. I would recommend them to anyone again. Thanks for a job well done.

They moved a piano and dining room table for me. They were easy to work with and they paid closed attention to my hardwood floors.
