+ -1 moreThe overall experience was excellent. The price was excellent considering it included a site service call, and all of the subsequent parts and labor. The Service Technician, Brad, was personable, polite, very efficient, and safely secured the appliance before starting work. Acorn Plumbing Services would be our recommended choice for any plumbing work.
Description of Work: When we noticed that our hot water heater wasn't working properly, we contacted of insurer, First American Home Warranty Corp, and they sent a service request to Acorn Plumbing Services. Promptly, at the agreed upon time, the following day, the Service Technician, Brad arrived and very efficiently replaced the defective components. The Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. The total time at our house from doorbell to handshake was about 30 minutes. The work area was left clean of any debris. The work required the replacement of both heater elements, relays and thermostats.
