They just sat in the back yard for 34 minutes while the apprentice walked around the yard with a hammer and the plumber himself did not leave the truck. We called to have our water repaired and as we do not have water after their departure, apparently no work was done. Absolutely nobody deserves to be subjected to the laziness they call "service" and I would leave less stars if I could."
