Description of Work: Failed to coordinate repair of house siding with window installation even after repeated updates from homeowner. Work not done because of failure to show up on job when needed

Description of Work: Was contracted to replace some rotted wood on house under newly installed windows. Tried to coordinate services with window replacement so that the windows could be installed over repaired area. When date came to replace wood, he was busy at another location and could not come until work had been completed. He was aware of my coordination efforts for at least a week before windows installed. Even contacted him the day prior to work and when the day came he stated he was at another job site and could not come. Later he came by and said he would remove trim, do the work and replace trim. I refused because this would have voided window warranty. Will not use again.

When arrived found tin installed over shingles have not been in attic to see what repairs were done. Renter in home know.
Description of Work: Contracted to repair hole in roof from limb, remove shingles, install barrier and install new tin roof.
