Contacted WB in March of 2022 shortly after we moved to Cape Coral from MN . I told them I was considering a small dock for kayaks or very small boat for the canal. They provided a way more elaborate dock with a winch at a price way out of line from what we discussed. They subsequently had a proposal closer to what I was looking for. I signed the contract and the day I went to their office to give them the down payment I also had a medical appt immediately after dropping the payment of $1000.00. At that medical appt I received a diagnosis requiring surgery and precluding my ever being able to use a dock. I contacted WB immediately, told them them of my unfortunate medical issues & requested my down payment be refunded. Beginning 3/22 I made many phone calls, sent e mails & never rec'd a call or other contact until 11/3 when they emailed refusing to refund my down payment. They did two computer generated drawings that likely totaled $100 of time and paper. From I could subsequently find online this is a company with a 1 star Better Business rating and little wonder. If considering them be careful because they are heartless in their pursuit of money; should anything go wrong with your project good luck..

may 2019 signed contract for 1/2 seawall. on june 2nd the city passed the wall and cap. after a few calls and being assured everything was ok they were just busy. end of sept the office called WANTED TO KNOW IF MY WALL WAS DONE. within the week 3 men and a machine. they backfilled and rough graded. they were gone in less than 3hrs in march I found a 3x3ft hole behind me wall at one end of my wall and 2x4 hole at the other. when I called to have someone come out the salesman called refused warranty said year was up oct.but would send someone out for 500.00 first hr 200.00 every hr after I thought I was dealing with a reputable co.
