+ -1 moreBud was very disappointing we have a 2023 jayco travel trailer & the tankless gas water heater went out jayco emailed him instructions steps to test then he came out went through the steps & told us it was fixed & charged us 200.00 dollars 20 min later the unit stoped working we called him back & told him he said he would come back out after the week end & he did then told us we need a new one we called jayco they said he needs to give them a estimate on parts & labor he said he would we waited over a week with no word then called him he said I forgot with all excuses after telling us three time I will take of you don’t worry just another so called honest business that’s will take your money & crappy service point blank
