West Coast Lawn and Pool

I was so impressed with John and his co-worker. Their attitude toward gaining my business was exemplary. They came out and did the estimate and once I gave them the go ahead, they did a complete lawn mowing and immediately cleaned my pool without even being paid yet. They went above and beyond and cleaned out all the flower beds without even being asked to do that. I would highly recommend him because he listens to the customer's request and is flexible and reasonable on his monthly plans. He also said he was willing to work with people on a fixed budget as well. On a separate occasion earlier this year (2014), I paid West Coast Lawn and Pool $300 to performed some drywall repairs for me after they convinced me that they had certified experience doing such repairs. Unfortunately, they badly botched the job then never came back to repair the mess they made of it. To date, I have not been reimbursed for the botched job nor has it been fixed by them. Also, they never came back to perform the lawn and pool maintenance duties that they were initially hired to do for me. Thus, I fired them and I have not heard back from them since. Since then, it has cost me $125 more to hire someone else to fix their botched drywall work. So much for good first impressions!
