Pool is beautiful. Dealing with the contractor was very difficult. Length of contract was to be 4-6 wk, turned into 15 wks. Damages were done by his sub contractors and we reported immediately. Some were addressed, most were not. Dealing with him unless he wants payment was difficult, no communication during whole process, he didn't know what was done or not by his sub contractors, we let him know. Damage to water main; vinyl fence and installation of concrete pad for pool equipment was not sufficient. He agreed to correct but did not correct as negotiated and he felt it was acceptable. Scheduled work was not completed as contract stated, charges included for work, equipment and services we did not receive. Upon receipt of final invoice we requested to go through the open/damage issues and he refused. His response was 'see you in court'.

Kris showed up when scheduled, did some extra work. Crew showed up when scheduled, did a great job, Kris followed through with the cleanup and balancing of the pool water. Overall we were extremely pleased with the results. Pool looks great!

We agreed that he would arrive Monday morning to do the job. He arrived at 10AM and by noon he had things all wrapped up. Not only did he install the system, he fixed the pool light, got the automatic cleaner to work, explained to me what I was doing right and what I was doing wrong, and did it at $250 BELOW his estimate! Would definitely not think twice about having him do work for me in the future!
