+ 0 moreBad at time of payment they initially told me $1500.00 when they finish it was $3500.00.Ialmost knew was going to be more than that because they couldn’t pull it out.but never thinking it will be $2000.00 over.my reason tells me they should have give me an idea first.at the end they had to let it go they couldn’t pull it out.help

Description of Work: they came in and corrected the problem in not receiving any water.they also replaced my old fashion water tank and corrected the problem of not receiving any water also about a year earlier. They are very good in how they deal with there clients. The cost above would be for the two visits

The guy who came out here was actually, I believe, the general manager and he was very thorough with my husband. He explained everything and he was very forthright in what he would do. They were excellent. They were on time. While they were here they took their time and he answered any questions that we had.
Description of Work: Waterman 911 came out to give us an estimate on a well and a water softener.

Description of Work: This company is conniving and deceitful, very unprofessional. We own rental homes and this company went on our property without permissions and put their sticker on our well equipment. They knocked on our tenants door and told them they were the new plumbing company. Then they broke a peice of equipment so there was no water going into the house hoping for a service call. I'm just glad my tenants called me first so we could catch these crooks. They did this to two of our houses already! I called the City of Cape Coral police department and they won't do anything for this company being charged with destruction of personal property. I had to pay our plumber to go out there and fix what they broke!

+ -1 moreTommy was referred by a friend. He arrived as scheduled and worked in a professional manner. He replaced the pump and the water system worked as anticipated. When he was complete he gave us good advise on system maintenance.
Description of Work: Tommy inspected and repaired our water well. The pump for the sulfur removal system needed replacement.
