Arrived a little earlier than expected, but called to make sure it was okay to come. Looked over everything and found the problem right away. Repaired the toilet and made an adjustment to help prevent it from leaking on the floor again. Very professional and went beyond expectations.

I am a realtor and a seller of mine had some work done back in 2016. During a whole house repair. There was an open plumbing permit. It was open for good reasons. The plumbing company helped me get the problem taken care of very quickly, painlessly and professionally.

I use them for all my rental properties and all my properties I manage. No need to go anywhere else. This company covers it all at a very reasonable rate. They came as soon as possible to my house when I called. I was referred to them by Ken Heppner and spoke with Michael to discuss my issue. Jamie the plumber came by and fixed it so fast and explained what caused the damage straight away. I am a frontliners nurse for COVID19 on bereavement, so you have no idea how stressed out I was that I had an additional problem to think about. Thank you for helping me and keep my peace of mind. Prices were great, they were efficient and honest. I'd recommend and use them again for sure.

This is another great contractor which we only found with Angie's List. A crew of 6 came with a huge truck and tools that looked more like Ace Hardware. Team was choreographed in the way they worked together to install new plumbing from the street to the last toilet including new valves and outside hose bibs. We had water back on by 4pm and the walls were repaired so well you could not find the cuts by day 3. We highly recommend this company.

I made an appointment with Water Works to repair a leaking faucet under my kitchen sink. I asked if they could make it after 1:00 pm as I had errands to run in the morning. Jose arrived at 1:45 pm and promptly replaced the hose in under 15 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant and advised me that Moen would send me another hose for free as Moen faucets are guaranteed for life. Moen is sending me a new hose. Thanks Jose. I would definitely use Water Works for my next plumbing project.

Perfectly! I've used two other plumbing companies before from Angies List, but I'll definitely call Water Works Plumbing again instead, if I need to.

They came with 4 men and finished the work in one day. They also cleaned up everything before they left. The people were very friendly. ( Die Firma kam mit 4 Leuten, zuerst legten sie alles aus, dann fingen sie an sehr professionell zu arbeiten. Alles ging problemlos. Ein Tag später kam der Inspektor, der auch zufrieden war, 2 Tage später schickte die Firma 4 Leute, die die Löcher in der Drywall wieder reparierten und Malerarbeiten durchführten. Faszinierender Weise kann man wirklich nicht mehr sehen, wo das Loch in der Drywall war.)

They did a great job from beginning to end. This included re-piping, setting up the inspection, and then repair of drywall. Would highly recommend.

Three day job: day one repiped, day two county inspector, day three drywall. Excellent crew, very professional, cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They cut dozens of wholes to get at the connections and told us that after they were done we wouldn't know they had ever been here. Turned out to be totally true. Also, called them in for main drain clog which they snaked and scoped. Everyone has been a hard worker, everyone professional, everyone cleans up. Even the county inspector liked their work.

I have used Water Works 4 times for various rental property needs. They have always been punctual, professional, and patient with my tenants. They are very easy to communicate with and I have never had to call them back for re-do's.

Outstanding work! A leak in our pipes and a ruined master bedroom ceiling (yes, our pipes are above, not below) caused us to hire this company for a repipe, including drywall repair and painting. They were prompt, very professional, and their work was excellent. The price seemed reasonable, but to tell you the truth, we wanted help quick, rather than the cheapest price. On the first day, the repipe crew took the time to show me what the were doing, and why it was quality work, better than what most other companies would do. The city inspector who came the next day also commented that this is one of the best companies in town, period. And finally, with many holes in our walls and pieces of drywall stacked nearby (I don't mind telling you, I was a bit nervous when the repipe crew started cutting holes in virtually every wall in the house!) the drywall crew arrived on the final day. The crew leader, a very pleasant young man, joked and said that, once they finished, it would be as if they had never been there. He was absolutely right! They painstakingly repaired each hole, and matched the paint perfectly. I've never seen anything like it. In addition, they also repaired the very large hole in our master bedroom ceiling and painted it perfectly. This was NOT part of the original estimate, but I was having trouble finding someone to do it, and they came through for us. To sum up, we've lived in this house for 20 years, and Water Works is absolutely one of the best companies we've ever dealt with in Cape Coral. We highly, highly recommend them!

So I'm in my new home and the shower head won't stop dripping. In fact it's leaking a steady small stream of water. My husband can't find a shut off valve and we don't know why it won't shut off. My husband says, call a plumber because we can't let this drip all day, it's going to run up our water bill. So I called AZTEC PLumbing, but they are booked and can't come out until 4pm. So I call Water Works plumbing and the guy is really nice and he says he has someone in the area that can come over in 15 min. I say great!! The guys comes over, walks into the shower and pulls on the handle and the water shuts off. I'm like, are you serious?! We were clueless that the shower handle was able to push and pull out. We had only been familiar with the kind that turn left for heat and right for cold. Long story short, the plumber still charged me 75 bucks !! for nothing. Is this fair??? I get 50 bucks for showing up, but he literally spent 2 minutes at the house.Not right at all

The service technician that came out put a new faucet on, as I had requested and it worked fine afterward.

Installed with no problems, plumber cleaned up well, water was hot quickly. They also had provided an over the phone quote and stood by it where other companies wouldn't do that over the phone. Another company that had come in person to give quote was $400 more for the same thing.Thanks.
