Wally is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Wally got in touch immediately and picked up my severely infected PC even though it was the weekend. He returned it the next day virus-free with all my programs, files and applications intact. He didn't charge for travel time - I'm in Punta Gorda and he's in Cape Coral - and was reasonable in his pricing for the repair. He's also a very nice man! Hopefully, I won't need him again, but if I do have computer issues again, he'll be the first person I call.

Had a very complicated problem with IPhone 13 not printing, Wally solved it thru HP APP! The way we were use to, was not solved, NEITHER DID HP TECH SOLVE IT AFTER 2 1/2 hours on the phone! Price very reasonable!

Wally was knowledgeable and persistent. The problem I had was frustrating for me, but Wally just took over and did the performance changes needed.

Hard worker did not stop till the job was complete. Also very nice and knowledgeable about computer hardware. If anything else comes up with my computer needs will definitely be calling him back for more help thanks so much!!
