He left a watermark on bottom of the sheers. After numerous calls and a discussion with him once stating he’d come look he never came or called. I called Budget Blinds who recommended this company and they are not happy either. Plan to contact their distributor too. Not good business and WAY over priced!

Owen showed up when he said he would. It appeared that the scissors at the top were stuck for some reason. He sprayed a section with some WD-40 I had and "shazam" they opened. He charged a reasonable amount for the time he spent and I'd be happy to refer him to anyone with a need for his services.

I had used them once before when Mike was the owner. Owen who owns the company now was just as very friendly, professional. He asked what time would be good for me. He was at another job and would call when he was leaving. He came and even took off his shoes since it was raining outside (even though I said it wasn't necessary.) He worked quickly and neatly. Did a great job will call him back again.

This is coming from someone who was self employed for thirty years. First of all, he was a true professional, courteous on the phone,flexible to come on the day I asked. Then he arrived exactly on time, very knowledgeable of his trade, efficient an very economical! The results were amazing! If I had more than two thumbs, I would give them to his great service ????. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his service and or use him again. Keep up the great work and good luck to Mike,it was an honor to meet you and it's good to know that there still people like you out there doing keeping America clean and providing a great value for my hard earned money!!

Mike made an appointment for 2:30, but had a break in his schedule around 11:30. He called and asked if he could come early! He arrived within 15 minutes, assessed the situation and began repairs immediately. About 30 minutes later, the blinds were back up and hung tightly. Derek and Mike worked together to make everything right again. They were both very nice and very professional. I will recommend them to everyone!

The company was prompt and responsive. They did not go over their quoted estimate. The renter gave me the feedback that they were outstanding while at the house. The blind is working again and we couldn't be more pleased.

Mike came on time. He removed blinds and cleaned them in his truck using ultra sound technology. Re installed blinds and they are like new. We are very pleased with results. Mike also repaired vertical blind while he was here. Job took about an hour..

We called Ultra clean blinds who provided quote for repair. He came next day and on time and completed job within an hour. Repair was satisfactory and price was reasonable.

His truck was complete will all items to perform this task. It took about 1 1/2 hours to complete. I highly recommend his service.
