Tru-Clean Surface Care

Amazing! I cannot say enough about the awesome job Justin Derange did with spots that had been on the carpet for years (prior to our purchase 5 years ago). The spots are gone and the carpets look brand new. My only complaint is that there isn't a Tru-Clean Carpet in Indiana. I would highly recommend Tru-Clean to everyone.

Dan did an excellent job on our sofa. He arrived on time and was very curteous and went over what he was going to do before he started. We have several dogs and the type of fabric on the sofa sort of "grabs" everything and I wasn't sure what he'd be able to do with it. This was the first time we had the couch professionally cleaned and it practically looks like new. We were impressed and will have them out again. Thanks!

Dan was the most impressive person. Professional and cared deeply that everything came out perfect. I never expected it to look new and I am happy to say it really does look brand new!!!! I would call them again for sure. I would recommend them to my best friends and family.

Extremely well, looked almost new...again

I was impressed by Troy when I made the original appointment. Then we had to change that appointment with fairly short notice and Troy was very accommodating. Today Dan arrived to clean our carpets (living room, dining room, two bedrooms and large hallway) and the tile in two bathrooms and once again we were very impressed by the quality of work and the professionalism of Dan. Dan arrived a bit early which was great, explained what he would be doing and completed the job with excellent results. We would not hesitate to high Tru-Clean again!

Service was excellent and Dan was very professsional. I would highly recommend this company. Customer service representative was attentive and able to quickly schedule service during a time and date requested.

He arrived right on time and the job he did was wonderful. Our sectional looked fantastic and smelled great. He was very thorough not missing any part. The material also feels great. We definitley noticed a difference and will be sure to use them yearly to clean our sectional.

It went well. Two-person crew was prompt, professional, courteous, easy to work with. Quality of work was very good. All told, Tru-Clean did a very nice job. One minor glitch involved accidentally breaking off the hose bib when first attempting to attach their hose. However, owners did everything possible to make it right. Paid for the plumber and offered to double the Angie's List discount as a goodwill gesture. Re-scheduling was done at my convenience.

We had Tru-Clean clean our carpets about a year ago and they did an amazing job! This week, we had them out again and they cleaned the carpets as well as the furniture. We are once again extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. We were very happy with Ed Rodriguez last year that we asked for him again this year. Ed is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and great to work with. We highly recommend Tru-Clean Carpet!

Excellent! Very knowledgeable staff. Picked the rugs at home on time and brought them back on time. Discovered additional problems with the damaged rugs, educated us, offered alternatives and provided additional cost. Carpets were clean like new, no damage to the color, shape or the carpet itself. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and cost effective - what a great combo! Thanks guys!

Tru-Clean was professional and accommodating beginning with my first phone call and ending with Fil leaving our home after the services. Our carpet came out very clean and they did their best to get the pet accident odor out of some small areas. Since I could still smell the pet urine after the first enzyme treatment ( only while I was on my hands and knees with my nose near the carpet) the owner was more than accommodating in having a team member come out the next day. I can't say enough about this wonderful family owned company! They were honest and truly cared about doing everything they could to correct the issue.. free of charge. Fill worked so hard re-applying the treatment and vacuuming it up. He was amazing! In the end...they were able to get the odor out of the carpet and padding but unfortunately .. what I still detect " close up" is a dog accident that has been "absorbed by the wood." This is a different situation. I am very thankful it's not detectable by just walking in the area. The good news is that they were able to give me a couple other options at a reasonable, additional charge which would take care of my issue :) I might consider these options if the odor becomes noticeable by walking in the room. I will end by saying...if you are looking for a wonderful company who truly cares... who gives their all to make you happy...who is completely knowledgeable in carpet cleaning... and honest....look no further. I will not hesitate to call them again! I am also happy to hear that they offer other services including tile cleaning/sealing. Thank you Tru-Clean for caring so much about your customers!

A very nice young man arrived on time. Inspected the carpet. I suggested the enzyme treatment be added due to pet stains and he agreed. The cleaning went very quickly and the carpet (light beige in color) really cleaned up well. No signs of any pet stains remained and the high traffic areas looked as clean as the rest of the carpet when he finished. Great improvement in the appearance of our carpet. I would definitely use them again. Good job.

After checking out several carpet cleaning companies and reading the reviews, I decided to hire Tru-Clean. My carpet was badly soiled with black spots in multiple areas. On the day of the cleaning the technician showed up on time and was courteous and professional. Dan is obviously an individual who cares a great deal about doing a good job. He did a walkthrough prior to doing the actual job. He was very meticulous and went over some areas several times. This company is quite fortunate to have an individual who is willing to make the extra effort to get a job done right. His attention to detail was exemplary. When he was finished, the results were outstanding. The carpet looked brand new! I will definitely hire them again; and have recommended them to friends and family.

it went fantastic. all 3 rugs came out looking like new. the service man that came was outstanding. also did another family members home . they also came out looking like new. rugs were 15-20 yrs old and look like new... we will be calling tru -clean from now on. I will be trying them shortly for tile and grout on my floors. grout looks brown should be white. I have convidene they will also be outstanding. thanks tru-clean

the gentleman cleaned all the rugs throughout the condo. even got up the rust stain near the front door that I thought would never come up. things look great and I will be calling them again for my mother's condo soon.

They are certified and trained professionally on cleaning carpets. They use truck mounted equipment. They were prompt, thorough, and terrific. I am using them again.

The carpet technician was prompt, courteous, and did a thorough job explaining what he wold be doing, what we should do to ensure carpet drying well. He also ensured that we inspected and approved of his work when he finished the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely call them again when our carpets need cleaning!

Phil called and said he could come by earlier than the scheduled time. I was happy to have him come earlier and get the ball rolling. He really listened to my concerns and addressed the problem of the dog's accident on the rug. He was professional, polite, and very nice. He was also willing to come through the front door for most of the house, then the garage for the rugs in the garage and near the kitchen door. He was very accommodating and I truly appreciate him working with me on that. I think he did a wonderful job on the carpets. I was also pleased with how quickly they dried. Other companies have left the rugs wet for hours and hours. I would definitely use Tru-Clean again.

Troy was very responsive and clear with all of his communications with me. They were always prompt and professional. We had a small "hiccup" during delivery but Troy sent his crew out to take care of the issue without hesitation. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Arrived on time, began to work in a professional manner, they removed stains in one bedroom. All the rugs look great, total job time was about two hours. Already planning the next job for the kitchen. Would recommend highly.
