Giuseppe came out this trip- was right on time and very friendly and professional. He assessed each room, explained procedures thoroughly, and addressed multiple options. Awesome job getting the carpets squeaky clean and looking like new- and majority of carpet was dry in a couple of hours. They were not super saturated like some companies do. This is the second time we’ve used Tru-Clean in our home in the last year. We have had such great results with them, I have referred them over and over to family, friends and our customers for a pre-listing cleaning and to our home buyers. Their work is excellent and prices are better than most, with better results.

I had somewhat of an issue because of the fact that the price that they quoted, I had to pay more than what the price was specifically quoted. I have old tile. What they told me was that the price that is listed, my house was a little bit bigger, so they charged me more. They did a very good job, but I wasn’t expecting, I think it was like $200 more. I would use them again, but this time I would know what to expect. They do a very thorough job. I don’t know how they do carpets, but all I have is tile floors. There were 2 workers if I recall, they were very polite.

Very well. I dropped off the rugs, was clearly given the price and they were willing to hold them until I got back to Florida in a few months. They asked for no money up front and called when the rugs were ready. Final work was great.

This company is excellent. This is the 4th time I have used them. They do a professional job and Jason was a great tech. As a former IICRC carpet inspector it is nice to know this company is IICRC certified to clean carpets. I will definitely use this company again.

Very easy to schedule through website. We had a little confusion with the date, but the office staff (very pleasant) bent over backwards to accommodate me. Our work was done by Justin, very thorough and neat. He seemed to be very proud of his work, and spoke highly of the company. He has been working there for 18 (!!) years and his professionalism showed. The final cost was as estimated with no surprises. I will without a doubt use them again and will request Justin as the technician.

They did a fantastic job. They did everything they said they were going to do. They moved the furniture and cleaned the tile. They rolled up the rugs. The technicians did an excellent job.

I have a problem of what the salesman says to you. He promised that they could clean the carpets and tile on the same day; that everything would be done. The technician comes in, and says they can?t do that because the tile needed to dry. I had three area carpets I wanted cleaned, and I couldn?t let them dry outside. The carpet?s had to dry, and I couldn?t lay them back on the tile until it dried in the evening. So the salesman told me one story, and the people that actually do the work set me straight. The guy even told me that they always promise, but never come out to the field to see what they do. He wanted to sell me a service, and that was bothersome. They price was excellent compared the other prices I got.

Awesome! I couldn't believe that he removed the stain. I am ecstatic. We are renter's moving out in two months and didn't want to replace the carpet before leaving.

Punctual, polite and professional. We had our living room plus our kitchen nook that they counted as one room, the nursery and my son's room. We moved in this past November and although the carpet was in good shape for being almost ten years old, it came with its mysterious stains and a couple we had added. With their process they cleaned everything better than I could have hoped, even the speckled yucky look of the kitchen to the dinning table that iged me out. Everything came out better than I could have expected or like new. I have a two year old and a baby on the way (very very soon). The representative mentioned a sanitizing process that would kill any unknowns like mold/mildew, dust mites, etc. price being reasonable, and because it's a house with its own unknowns we chose to go with it. I am glad we did since my two year old has decided he prefers to sleep on the floor instead of his bed, hahaha. My husband and I are thoroughly pleased with the end result that saved us so much time and effort... both of which are in short supply. We feel that we have a newer home than ever before. Thank you

Tru-Clean Carpet & Tile Care saved the day. They gave me an estimate over the telephone for the carpet in my home plus a discount for being an Angie's List Member and fortunately they were able to complete the job later the same afternoon. MY CARPET LOOKS ALMOST LIKE NEW! It was installed in 2003 and although someone is not living in the home full-time, I am amazed at how great it turned out considering it had ugly foot stains in front of a couple of chairs plus foot traffic dirt. Unfortunately our old outdoor water faucet snapped off when the technician attempted to remove his water hose from it after he finished the job. THEY WERE AMAZING......they arranged for a plumber to arrive within the hour and to repair it at no cost to me....and the owner called me a couple of times to make sure things were going ok. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable as well as all employees of Tru-clean Carpet and Tile. Thank goodness for companies that can be depended on to provide excellent service.

The service was excellent from the first interaction to the final payment. Completely accommodating, informative and so pleasant. The carpet and sofa look better than new and all symptoms of allergies gone. The serviceman was respectful, quiet and polite and listened carefully. Troy, the owner, understood illness, need to schedule specifically and provided an exceptional experience. I would not hesitate to hire again and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service! Couldn't be happier. Our appointment time was between 11:30-12:30pm on a Saturday. The technician called at 10:00 and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it would be okay to come early! Wow! He arrived and was so friendly, yet professional. He worked quickly, answered all our questions, and did a better job cleaning our carpets than anyone we've ever had before. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again! Everything went perfectly. Troy was very accommodating and he runs a completely professional company that was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish.
