Description of Work: I did not like the voucher misleading offer of 4 rooms and hollway as it ended up being more expensive than the regular price I always pay. My mistake still as I should have called them and got clarification before buying the voucher. Lesson learned.

Description of Work: Cleaned three vintage hand-made Oriental rugs that had been damaged by age, wear, and an elderly cat (RIP). The employees were very professional every step of the way, and did a great job returning the rugs to their former glory. We paid extra to have a protector put on.

Description of Work: My bill was high because I had a wool 8x11 white area rug that I spilled red pasta sauce all over. They came and picked the rug up and cleaned it so successfully you would never know how badly it was stained. They get an A+ for that job!!
