Very well. Carpet looks wonderful.

After the initial cleaning, some of the spots reappeared. Tru-Clean came back and cleaned the carpets again at no charge. The carpeting now looks perfect and the spotted areas have not reappeared. They also gave me some very useful tips about measures to take to keep them looking nice as I have pets.

It went off with excellence and an A-plus for this Company for going the extra mile to get a place that had been left in a filthy state by a very bad tenant. In fact I was in despair when I received the photos of the condition that this condo had been left in. I live in Georgia and Joe cleaned my carpets that incidentally had been new in November last year. An animal had urinated on the carpet (no animals should have been there and they smoked as well and there were a few burns in the carpet as well) The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. The tiles and grouting were cleaned and they looked new again and the carpet cleaned and treated and most of the smoke smell eliminated by the process that Joe used. He also went the extra mile to remove mold on the grouting in the bathroom and that would not go away and he scrubbed and cleaned until it disappeared using an industial TIlex to get this problem solved. You cannot believe how this Condo looks now, like new and I am so happy and relieved to have found this Company on Angie's L;ist. They are absolutly excellent and honest as well and are with one all the way. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they return phone calls and emails even at night. An A-Plus for this Company.

We adopted a puppy earlier this year. The pet stains were removed initially, however, some of them have reappeared.

They are very prompt, professional and great workmanship. The family owned business is very appealing to me as you know exactly who you are dealing with not subcontractors. The owner personally spoke to me in detail as to the process they employ to clean the rugs in a condo I am renting as well as oriental rugs he picked up and delivered. Many services offer oriental rug cleaning but send them out to professionals in that area which they are. I will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

They did a super job. They were very careful with the worn upholstery.

Troy responded promptly to my emails with a quote and once agreed upon let us choose from their next few available openings. Although 30 minutes early, the technician, Justin, was friendly and informative. We have light colored carpet on our stairs (a big mistake) but he was able to remove the stains (from heavy foot traffic and two cats) that I thought were too set to do anything about. We were going to clean the carpet "just one more time" before replacing it with a darker colored carpet, but now I'm not sure seeing how nice he made them look. Sure wish we hadn't wasted our time and $$ on the other carpet cleaning company the past 4+ years. Very pleased with Tru-Clean and will use them again next time.

Troy was great. Running a little early, he called to make certain showing up would be ok. Very knowledgable, didn't upsell too hard.

We have had our carpet about 1 year and had been having problems with the installation (carpet bulges)(make sure you have your carpet power stretched on installation). We were having our carpet power stretched; As a result, we had emptied 1/2 of our condo and planned to have the entire condo emptied to do the work. At the last minute, we thought it would be a good idea to get the carpet cleaned within a day or so of the power stretch. Imagine my surprise when Troy told me they would be able to co ordinate and follow the stretching crew with the carpet cleaning on the same day. This minimized the disruption to our household and minimized the need to move furniture. We were very appreciative. We have used Tru Clean previously and were very satisfied. The stretching was completed sooner than anticipated and after a phone call to Tru Clean, Justin arrived sooner than previously agreed to. He is a very good representative of the company and did an excellent job of cleaning. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks for another excellent experience!

Scheduling was very easy and an appointment was available very quickly. They arrived on time. The process was explained thoroughly. The carpet was extremely dirty so there were some extra charges. I expected this. The results were very good.

They were very professional and when I was not pleased they addressed my concerns right away and made things right.

I contacted Tru-Clean about getting two upholstered chairs and a living room carpet cleaned. I was able to get service the following day. Although the employee didn't arrive as scheduled he did phone to let me know his previous job was larger than the customer had estimated and he would be late. I appreciated the call and assured him it was no problem. Justin, the Tru-Clean employee did an excellent job and completed it in a timely manner. Before leaving he asked me to review his work and make sure it was to my satisfaction. It absolutely was. Justin is a pleasant, courteous young man and is a credit to his company. All in all it was a good experience and I even got 15% off the price by using the coupon from Angie's List!

Very pleased with all the cleaning. The Orientals look much better. The upholstered furniture cleaned up very nicely.

We had purchased and closed on this house the day before Justin arrived. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and immediately got started. He informed us part way through that although he used everything in his arsenal to try and get the stains out it was proving an impossible task. We explained to him that we understood and just want to be sure that they were clean if not stain free. We believe that he indeed went to extra mile to provide us with the best possible job he could do and we are very grateful for the time and effort he put into it. We found him to be very personable and enjoyed working with him. He is an asset to the company.

Joey came and estimated a price before starting. Have used the their services before and knew quality of work was not an issue.I ok'd the pricing and he began the project. He setup his equipment in the driveway and brought into the house only the vinyl hose and the cleaning heads. He cleaned all the carpeting in 4 rooms, cleaned the tiles in kitchen/dining area and also cleaned the sofa and 2 cushioned chairs. The he threw in the front door entry area rug for no cost. Afterwards, he applied a stain guard on all carpeting and sofa and chairs. The he went to the tiling and applied a grout sealant to all the grout lines. After less then 5 hours, the house was immaculate.
