Tru-Clean Surface Care

The carpet was 10 years old and had several pet stained areas. Joe told me that getting all out would be difficult but he would do his best and he did!! The cleaned carpet looked amazing.

I called a few places about having the grout in my new home sealed. The first company I contacted never showed up to do the estimate, so I found tru-clean online. I just purchased the house, and was absolutely disgusted at how dirty the time floors looked. A nice gentleman answered the phone and was professional and friendly while scheduling the estimate. Once the estimator arrived ( was about 2 days later due to my schedule) he spot cleaned the grout to ensure I didn't like the natural grout color before charging me for the color seal. I was sure I wanted the color since I've had this service done at a previous house. I booked the appointment for the following week and of course they showed up on time and were very helpful in moving furniture. It's been a few days since the service but the floors look brand new! I was told that there is a 7 year warranty and any touch ups would be included at no charge which makes me very happy. Before and after pics below

The appointment was for 11:30 Joe called me around 10:30 to say he could do my carpets early. I was just leaving my daughter's house to go to my house being readied for move in day. I told them I was 20 minutes away and he said that he would wait for me at the house. When I got there they promptly explained to me what they were going to do with my 5 rooms of carpet to be cleaned and proceeded to do a remarkable job and they left me a bottle of spot remover. Joe and his helper were done in 1 1/2 hours and left me with very clean carpets. They were the best.

I was vacating my apartment and the management is pretty strict about how the apartment is left looking. Plus I have a cat that likes to throw up. The furniture was gone by then so he didn't have to work around that. He completely cleaned and deoderized the carpets. I will definitely be calling again.

Carpets came out great considering they were in pretty bad shape. Tile grout was good but thought they could come up whiter.

I called on Friday needing the job done by Monday. They had no problem accommodating my schedule. The technician showed up on time and did a very though job. All the cushions and couch and love seats were cleaned very well. No oder was left and he went out of his way to vacuum up the water on the tile floor before he left. Fabric was dry within a couple of hours! Great Job, I would highly recommend them.

This firm is a very highly professional organization from the owner to the associate who shows up to do estimates and the work also. On time--respectful, thoughtful, dedicated to being complete with every detail of their work. Before the job was under contract they had their equipment in the house checking a particular situation we had with our grout but they wanted to be absolutely sure they could put the amount of steam pressure on our grout and it would not damage it. We have few people come into our home to do work however this firm will have our definite support and recommendation to all we speak to. The amount of credibility they bring with all their training and certification is very impressive with what all they know. We made some new friends and will have them back just as soon as our grout needs attention. Stanley Steamer cleaned my carpets before Tru Clean and it was awful. Tru Clean came in and took all the smells and stains out of my carpets. Joe (Tru Clean) was on time and explained to me what Stanley Steamer had done to make the smell worse. Joe came in and treated stains and odor ad it now looks and smells great!

So glad they responded to my email request for a quote and for scheduling it made it easy to make plans. Very professional review of what needed to be cleaned. Honored the price quote and provided the cleaning service on time.

We contacted Tru-Clean and asked for an in-home estimate. The owner of the company showed up on time, evaluated our cleaning needs and assured us they could breathe new life into our crème colored carpeting. While he was there we asked if they cleaned Oriental rugs and he advised they own a rug cleaning plant and assured us our antique wool rug would be in good hands. Feeling comfortable with the owner, we scheduled a cleaning for November 12th. The technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and knowledgeable and were careful in moving our furniture prior to cleaning our carpeting. They treated our carpeting for stains and pet urine and began the formidable task of cleaning our carpeting. Two and a half hours later our carpets looked amazing. In fact, the kids have been ordered to remove their shoes when they enter the house and no more eating in the carpeted areas! At the end of the cleaning the technicians asked us to perform a walk-through with them to make certain we were happy (which we were). They then retrieved our Oriental rug and took it to their shop and said we would have it back in a few days. On today's date they returned our Oriental rug and placed it in our family room and it looks fantastic! There were a couple of small Kool-Aid stains on it we didn't think would come out but they did. We are very satisfied with the quality of service performed by this company and we highly recommend their services.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE AND HEALTH CRISIS! I DONT KNOW HOW THEY CAN STAY IN BUSINESS!My next complaint is going to the Better Business Beareau and then to any other body that can deal with them. They promised me hypoallergenic carpet cleaning. I thought we were talking about steam clean and enzymes..... They assured me there WOULD BE NO RESIDUE OR CHEMICALS USED. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEIR PROCESS WAS RECOMMENDED BY DOCTORS SUCH AS ALLERGISTS AND PEDIATICIANS. THEY CAME AND PUT AN UNKNOWN PRODUCT IN MY CARPET THAT THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE INGREDIENTS OF! THIS MYSTERY PRODUCT HAS CAUSED ME SUCH SERIOUS ASTHMA AND ILLNESS THAT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO WRITE THIS SOONER. I ALSO HAVE A LITTLE DOG WHO NEEDS A HYPOALLERGENIC CARPET WITH NO UNKNOWN PRODUCT IN IT. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ODORLESS! HYPOALLERGENIC, AND LEAVE NO RESIDUE, AND IT SMELLED LIKE LEMONS AND GAVE ME A VERY SERIOUS ASTHMA ATTACK! THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND GOT THE LEMON SMELL OUT, BUT DESPITE THE FACT THAT I SAID I WANTED ALL OF THE PRODUCT OUT AND ONLY STEAM CLEANED, THEY DECIDED TO PUT MORE IN! ! MAYBE THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY THEY COULD GET THE LEMON SMELL OUT! THEY HAVE BEEN TOTALLY UNINTERESTED IN THE VERY SERIOIUS, AND POSSIBLY LIFE THREATENING ASTHMA ATTACKS THIS HAS CAUSED FOR ME OR THE FACT THAT THEY TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED THEMSELVES.... MY CARPET IS STILL FULL OF GREASY RESIDUE THAT IS MAKING ME SICK! MY CLEANING PERSON CLEANED IT WITH A HOME STEAMER AND WHEN I WASHED THE STEAMER PAD THERE WERE POOLS OF GREASY RESIDUE IN MY WASHING WATER, WHICH I LOOKED AT BEFORE I PUT THE SOAP IN. IT ALSO TURNED THE FILTER ON MY HEPA AIR FILTER IN THE LIVING ROOM A GREASY STICKY GREY! AND THIS MAN STILL INSISTS THERE IS NO RESIDUE, WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY I HAVE AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS HEALTH SITUATION BECAUSE OF HIM AND HIS RESPONSE IS TO YELL AT ME OVER THE PHONE! HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IS IN THE PRODUCT HE PUT IN MY CARPET, WHEN I CALLED HIS SUPPLIER THE SUPPLIER DOESN'T KNOW EITHER BUT SAID IT COULD LEAVE A RESIDUE, AND HE GAVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER OF A CHEMICAL COMPANY TO TRY AND FIND OUT WHAT IS IN MY CARPET AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! TODAY MY CLEANING PERSON USED A BRAND NEW HOOVER HOME CAPET CLEANER TO TRY TO GET OUT THE RESIDUE.... THE WATER THAT CAME OUT WAS GREASY GEY AND THERE IS GREASY STICKY RESIDUE ON THE INSIDE OF THE RETURN PART OF THIS BRAND NEW HOOVER! THAT GREASY GREY STUFF IS WHAT KEEPS GETTING IN THE INSIDE OF MY LUNGS...... THIS IS EXTREMELY SERIOUS FOR ANYONE, LET ALONE SOMEONE WITH ASTHMA.....THE STICKY GREY RESIDUE IS DISGUSTING AND IT KEEPS GETTING INTO MY LUNGS..... INTO THE WASH WATER, THE HOOVER WATER, STICKING TO MY HEPA FILTER TURNING IT GREY AND ALSO TURNING THE BRAND NEW HOOVER STICKY GREY ON THE RETURN PART! HIS RESPONSE IS TO YELL AT ME! I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS VENDOR COULD GET AN A RATING FROM ANYONE OR EVEN STAY IN BUSINESS! ALSO, THERE ARE NO PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS ENDOSING THIS PRODUCT, SUCH AS MEDICAL GROUPS OR ALLERGY GROUPS AS I WAS LED TO BELIEVE...... THIS CARPET TREATMENT COULD END UP KILLING ME! AND ADDING INSULT TO INJURY ALL OF THE MONEY I HAVE SPENT TRYING TO GET THIS HEALTH HAZARD OUT OF MY CARPET AND HE WON'T EVEN RETURN MY MONEYFROMR PUTTING IT IN!! HE SAID THEY DID THEIR PROCESS AND IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THEY PUT ANDANGEROUS PRODUCT INTO MY CARPET THAT I CAN'T GET OUT AND THAT KEEPS CAUSING ME VERY SERIOIUS ASTHMA AND LUNG PROPLEMS!

They were punctual and did what they said they were going to do. They were very friendly. I was very impressed with how clean everything got. There were 2 crew members and it took about 3 hours to complete the work.

Called Troy on Thursday and he was kind enough to fit me in the next day! Joe arrived early and was very pleasant and professional - really took pride in his work. When asked questions he was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly. Carpet looks terrific - much better than the previous company we used. Did not leave the carpet too wet either - dried within a few hours. Will definitely use again!

They were a little late but it wasn't a problem. They called to tell me they were running late and wouldn't be there till 5 or 5:30 however they showed up at 4:30 only 30 min after the appointment time. They cleaned the carpets. They got out the nasty urine smell from the previous owner. I am very pleased with their service. I will be using them in the future!

Had an 11:00am appt., serviceman called and wanted to know if it was ok to come at 10:30am(someone early for a change)and promptly got set-up and told us what he was going to do.We had a few spots from our little pup , no problem, they are gone.He did a great job, never bothered us at all. worked at a steady pace and finished up about noon. We needed quick service, so on 9/5/13 I emailed 3 A rated suppliers from your list. True Clean emailed back within minutes. I got an email from --------in the afternoon and I still haven't heard from---------, must be too busy. Great service,quality work, and all with a smile!!!! We will sure use them again when the time comes.

I've used Tru-Clean in the past and have always been happy with the service they provide. I e-mailed Troy late last week to set up an appointment to come out today. I explained to him my needs, and we agreed on a plan of action. Joe is the person that actually came out and he's the one that I've always dealt with on site. We went over the issues that my carpet has and I showed him the problem areas that needed to be dealt with and he and his partner got right to work. I had several problem areas in the house because I have an elderly dog that can't always hold it overnight anymore. I own a carpet cleaner, but it always seems to make the problem worse. Joe came up with a perfect solution for those areas and the rest of the carpet in general and now the house looks fantastic. Even the areas that were mashed up from the dogs laying in the same spot and the high traffic areas are fluffed back up and look great. It was also pretty much dry when they left, which is a nice plus. In my opinion, there's no way you can go wrong bringing this family-owned business into your house.
