Tri-County Window & Pressure Cleaning

Tri County was very professional. They pressure washed one day and came the next day to clean all the windows. They worked proficiently and did an excellent job. I was extremely happy with their work and the staff were all very polite and careful when cleaning the windows inside the house. I would absolutely hire them again and intend to when rainy season is over.

He showed up without any notice when we were hosting a social event. He agreed to come back but did not call before he came and we weren't here to discuss the project.

They did a decent job. It was just the cost of the "Big Deal." I wasn't there but my wife was. I'm assuming it was fine. I'm assuming they were prompt. I have no complaints. It was good. The price was good.

They did a quick and excellent job. Very satisfied and would use again.

It was alright. In these neck of the woods, during that time of the year, no service is thrilling because everyone is so busy. They move really fast and it is not easy for them.

Ordered the service before we left for summer vacation. They came out and quoted on a $2200 power wash. We told them we'd consider but really wanted windows cleaned. Came back in October and set up window washing appointment. They didn't show and didn't call. Several unsuccessful calls later I finally received a call setting up the appointment for Tuesday. No show, no calls. Have been trying to speak to someone but keep getting voice mail. Had enough.....

They did contact me after my purchase to schedule an appointment. At the time of purchase, I was not ready to use this deal, due to the rainy season. They were trying to batch the appointments together since they were coming from such a long distance. I have been trying to contact them for the last month and the phone has been disconnected. I am just cancelling this service with them.

After they pressure washed my house, they talked me into a contract for $80.00 for pressure window cleaning inside and out. I paid them $80.00 in March for the additional services. I contacted them in May and after numerous attempts to contact the company, someone finally called me back who was not affiliated with the company and explained that the owner was unexpectedly called out of town and he wasn't sure when he would be back. I explained I had the contract and asked when I should call back again and he said October. I have been calling as well as e-mailing and have not received a response since. Both of the phone numbers listed are not valid.

The service was fine. I did have some issues scheduling because they wouldn’t call me back. I tried calling until I finally reached them. They did a fine job cleaning up afterwards.

Whenever I have had gutters cleaned over the past 35 years or so, it has ALWAYS included cleaning downspouts - BUT, NOT in this case. Two men hand cleaned gutters to get leaves, branches and golf balls out. Again, NO cleaning of gutters; they said that's a different service by a different crew. The "bait and switch" made this "good deal" into a bad deal, not to mention an aggravating one. Need someone else to come in to finish the job.

We did have trouble connecting with the company to get the appointment scheduled. It took almost two weeks before I heard back from them and I had to contact Angie’s List for assistance. Once we did get into touch with them, the work was scheduled one week later. When they got here, they said that there was more work to do than what was included in the deal. Before the work, I agreed to pay the additional costs. They completed the job in about two and a half to three hours. They did the work on the entire exterior of the house, roof, and driveway. Everything went well once they got here.They did a very good job.

I received an message through Angie's List asking for my phone number and email address. I provided both. Subsequently, I sent them many inquiries over their website, I have yet to hear from them. I have called their phone numbers: One is disconnected and the other one gives this great message: "The subscriber is not receiving at this time" then hangs up. In their reviews I see a lot of people have had the same problem leading me to wonder how you give them such a good rating. The date above is just an estimate and is the date I received the message from them over Angie's web site.

Set up dates online when I paid $109. They never called me to confirm a date. I called and talked with someone who said that he would have someone call me back with a date. They never called back. I called again and they said that they had called me but there was no record on my phone. They said they would call back with a date. They called and left a message that they had scheduled me for the following week with a specific time and date but that I did not have to call them back if the date was OK because I was already on the schedule. I called the gate to let them in. They were to perform the service between 11:30AM and 12:30 PM. I waited and waited but they did not show up. When I called to find out what was going on, the operator said that this number was not taking any calls.

INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY ,before you offer a "DEAL"

They showed up on time and did the work. All seems great as gutters are draining working as needed. Good deal for cleaning our gutters.

It turned out fairly good. The person who came out was pretty good and explained any problems we had. There were no issues scheduling with them and the guy showed up on time.

It went great and I'll use them again. The cleaning was exactly as described. The two techs that came out took an hour or two and did a nice job. They actually adjusted their schedule for me, which was nice.

I paid on the spot for a $110 window cleaning special. I didn't receive a response for weeks until I sent an email saying I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. The representative called back, apologized and sent someone immediately the next day. The job was fine, nothing exceptional. I have no real complaints. I have just experienced better window cleaning. They didn't go out of the way to clean paint off of a window or clean tracks.

They called a couple time saying they would come and never showed up. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have not been able to contact them to schedule the work.

I placed the order on June 13th and got an e-mail a day or so later asking for my phone number which I replied to and then did not hear back until the middle of the next week. The man sent me an e-mail either the day of or day after I had asked for a refund. Angie's List said that I should be contacted with 2-3 working days. The replies did not come as expected and when I finally did hear back I had already hired someone else. I am not so sure I want to order through Angie's List again if this is what I have to go through when things do not go right. I find it very hard to find decent help in this area and believe me I am one of the nicest people one could work for which is probably why I get taken advantage of a little. Please refund my money ASAP. Thank you.
