Trees Love Us

Initially was impressed. He showd up on time and made a recommendation for a systemic insecticide plus regrading around the tree - he said it had been planted too deep. I said OK. He said not to trim untll some weeks after the treatment. He did return and apparently did treat the tree. It apeared all he did of and quot;regradingand quot; was to scrape some mulch back from the trunk. I was not here at the time. I paid his bill. I waited about two months and saw no improvemet. I called and asked him to look again at the tree. He said he would. He did not reply, so I don't knkow if he came back. I called again twice. Also e-mailed. No response. The tree is looking worse. Will have to call someone else.

It went great. My palm trees never looked better. He did an awesome job.

. We had used them before and the job was simple, trimming some palm trees. They are highly educated in their field. We had forgotten whom we had used before. We had a couple of estimates and on the previous time on the job we had actually forgotten which company we had used. Actually I had another company come out and one of the palms we had was not looking good and that company told us that basically that palm was going to die. I was not just convinced with that because I had seen other palms look that way for years. So we decided to get a second opinion. Then my wife reminded me that we had used Trees Love Us previously and they had a certified arborist. So when we had him come out he told us that it is a nutritional issue. He gave some literature on that and everything matched up. The literature was provided by the University of Florida so it had some credibility behind it. It was exactly what we were seeing. He simply told us what we need to do, offered his services and also told me how I can do it myself which I opted to do. Now it is pretty much a wait for nature to take its course. We have had nothing but good experience with them. After the work, they did a follow up basically the follow up came even before we received an invoice for the work. We got a follow up phone call asking us whether we needed to do a follow up meeting or whether there were any issues. We stated that there were no issues. They did not want us to receive the invoice until they followed up with us. As for the quality of their work, I always get compliments on my palm trees. As for responsiveness, as soon as we contacted them, they scheduled an appointment within two days. They could have come the next day but I was not available. Basically they were quick. We have set up ourselves on a programme now with them. I have recommended them to several people.

It went great. Estimate was quick and work was completed within a week of me calling them and telling them to go ahead.
