After a huge hail storm in our area, I had obvious damage to my roof and gutters. Trademark was one of three companies I had out to do an estimate. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied my claim stating there was no hail damage. Trademark was insturmental in helping me know how to handle the situation so that I would not be bullied by my insurance company. They invested a great of time helping me without asking or expecting any payment. They worked with the insurance company, filing reports and meeting them over 3 times at my home, to try to resolve the issue; whereas, many other companies would not have invested the time. They knew I had a legitimate claim and were dedicated to getting it resolved. They recommended that I go to litigation, told me they would attend litigation with me, and fight on my behalf, without any guarantee of getting compensation. During the litigation it became even more evident that they were very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Thanks to their dedication I was able to get the roof I was rightfully entitled to. I am not sure that any other roofing company would have been as dedication and professional.

He worked so hard to make sure that we were taken care of by the insurance company and that everything that needed replaced was done so. He also made sure that the roofing company got to us right away and they did an excellent job as well!

We had defective shingles which were then made worse with hail damage. They convinced our insurance that this was hail damage and got the work done. We upgraded our shingles. They thoroughly looked for any additional problem before they left and guaranteed our shingle's quality-if something bad happens they will come out for free. If one falls out, they will come out to fix it.
