Description of Work: I left message for this gentleman to call me for services on Wednesday to get help to service for my treadmill and got no return call. So I ended up having to call Sears for assistance.

 + -1 moreRich returned my call quickly and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time, professional, neat, and competent. He had the treadmill working well in a short time, and even took the time to clean it up a bit! The machine is 13 years old and gets a good deal of use. It's good to know that, thanks to Rich's work, we can get continued use out of it since replacing it would mean big $$'s.
Description of Work: Called about a belt "slipping"'problem on an old treadmill.

 + -1 moreThe technician arrived at my home 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time The technician was polite and was able to diagnose the problem with my elliptical in less than 30 minutes, and thoroughly explained what would be needed to fix it. I was provided with a written quote for the repair and parts needed on the same day as the first appointment, and felt the quote was very reasonable. I was called within 3 days of the first appointment to let me know the needed parts had arrived and to schedule a day and time for the repair to be completed. On the second appointment day, the tech was again very prompt and had the repair completed within an hour.
Description of Work: Called to have my elliptical repaired. My call was answered promptly with appointment scheduled in less than 24 hours.

 + -1 moreIt was great, on time professional, cleaned up after the job,explained everything and did exactly what he said.
Description of Work: Treadmill needed some repairs, he was on time explained what needed to be done and went right to work on it. I had gotten several quotes and his was by far the most reasonable. My treadmill runs like new and for once I feel like I was treated fairly and got what I paid for.
