Description of Work: Reconfigured router, helped with network access extender, added start button to windows 8 laptop, installed wireless access to printers from laptop, renamed 4 desktop computers and 4 laptops on network, assigned all devices to one workgroup, reconfigured network adapters on 2 laptops and 1 desktop, installed printer on one desktop, reconfigured email on iPhone.

Description of Work: The Computer Doctor is one of very few Microsoft Certified Computer Professionals doing in home computer repair technitions in Ft. Myers/Cape Coral. I have probably used Allen 12-15 times in the 10 years, as I am a 72 year old disabled, handicapped retired man, and make many mistakes on the computer that require his services to solve and Allen has never let me down. I highly reccomend Allan especially, if you do not want to take it out to a computer repair shop or have an on-line computer repair services, which I have persoanallly found lacking. Allen takes his job very seriously, is very clean and professional, and very likeable.

 + -1 moreAllen is very good. It doesn't matter how small or large the problem is, you'll get a response from him. He's very good about getting back to you to set up a time to find out what the problem is. He has a base rate of $75 to come out. I will continue to use him and have recommended him.
Description of Work: I call him any time that I have a problem with my computer. A lot of the time he can tell you over the phone on what to try so you don't have to have him come out. I have used him for five years now.
